Dear Patrick, I have wanted to bring attention to the plight of the various Indian nations lack of catchbasins tom furnish them with water the water needed for farming/cooking/washing etc.
They were forced onto reservations that were desolate and barren with very little in the way of amenities to promote human growth or even survivorability. I would like to help these people
in any way feaseable within reason but I do not have any expertise in this area and so could not estimate the cost or produce a business plan. They are still dipping water from rivers and streams for cooking and cleaning and are among the poorest of our society. In winter, they are freezing to death inside their wooden shacks for lack of fuel to, burn. I am seeking your help in these matters to make these improvements as a humanitarian project of high priority. Can you get this project on the list.
