A Great Reunion
Ken Coons
And swallowed up the dark.
I whispered, Thank you Father
For one more lovely day,
A day of peace and beauty.
A time to run and play.
Though I no longer frolic
As I did years ago,
I can relive the pleasure
Of playing in the snow.
The days at Coney Island,
And running on the sand.
Oh yes, my precious children,
Who made my life so grand.
And true, there were some bad times,
But thorns come with the rose.
But all in all, I'm grateful,
This is the life I chose.
And I know what now awaits me,
For on the other side,
The mansion that he promised
Where I will then abide.
There'll be A Great Reunion .
Christ Michael will attend.
Sananda, Germain and Ashtar,
Our joy will never end.
There'll be no pain or sorrow.
There will be peace and calm.
Bad times will be forgotten.
God's love will be our balm.
