The government and the country are two separate entities. Once St. Germain claims the government, he can reverse everything that has been done to harm it since he would own it.
If the time wasn't up before now, it probably is now. He is the ruling Chohnan for this planet now. I'm sure he can and will invoke this receivership when the time is right. I doubt he has made a claim using this receivership yet. You could say it's his ace in the hole.
Does anyone else have any thoughts or feelings concerning this issue?

Exactly fifty years ago today, the 1st [day] of May, 1954, the most dear {Ascended Master] Teacher SAINT GERMAIN was crowned as King of the Age of Aquarius.
Though it is true that today in many other groups in America and Spain [this] great anniversary will be celebrated by diverse acts, for this way we decree that they resound also in the CYBERWORLD, the singings of thank you and praises of all the human, angelic beings elementary that have been of benefit (and that will be of benefit in the future) with the Knowledge and Application of the Law of the Being and of the Sacred Fire, unloaded by this lofty Teacher to contribute to the Ascension of the humanity and of the Earth in plenary meeting. Let us remember that event and let us revise the records of this coronation for benefit of "those that arrived late", all time that "there where you put your attention, there you are you."
CORONATION OF SAINT GERMAIN - 1954

Once every two thousand years, a [Ray] is projected towards the [Earth], and, as it turns the Cosmic Wheel (fourteen thousand years for a finished revolution), the Chohán that, in this moment, is the Representative of the above mentioned [Ray] is crowned as the Cosmic Authority for the evolution of the planet and his peoples during the above mentioned [period]. The Sixth Beam (at present under the supervision of the [Ascended Master] Jesús) completed his Service on the 1st of January, 1954 and, [allowing for] some time for [transitioning] energies, the Seventh [Ray] officially began his Cosmic Effusion on the 1st of May, 1954. The activity carried out between 1930 and 1954 (a period of twenty-four years) it was a preparatory activity, something like John the Baptist task.
On the 1st of May, 1954, there were carried out in Shamballa the Great Ceremony of the transference of the Crown, of the Scepter, of the Sword and the Vestments of Chohán Oficiante (Ascended Master Jesús) to the New Chohán (Ascended Master Saint Germain).
The CROWN - that this AUTHORITY symbolizes - came to the [Earth] with the first wave of humanity who took on bodily form, on the head of the Archangel Michael; and, since then, every two thousand years it has been transferred to the Authority of the successive [Rays]. This way, in fourteen thousand years, Seven ruling Chohanes takes [the Crown] for two thousand years each one. Hence [a time period] passed fourteen thousand years since a Chohán of the Seventh [Ray] took the Crown, but [only a time period of] two thousand years [has passed] since a Chohán (as Chohán) it received it from [their] predecessor; or, the Sixth [Ray] received it from the Fifth one.
Fourteen thousand years ago, in Beijing (China) Lady Kwan-Yin, being then the ruling Chohán of the Seventh Ray, received the Crown of the then ruling Chohán of the Sixth Ray (in the last cycle or round of the Cosmic Wheel).

The Ceremony took place in Shamballa instead of in the First [Environment] in order that more people could attend in etheric conscience, since the memoirs stored in the Body Etheric help the external mind to cooperate, as well as those that are stored in the Mental Top Body (Holy Being Christ) they are very ephemeral to be absorbed and taken advantage by the student in mediatation.
After the Coronation, the Masters of the Karma examined the souls that had chosen to take on bodily form in [the] next twelve months. Since the [Ray] Twin of Saint Germain had been invested in Cosmic Authority (together with Him), and in view that She is the Goddess of the Opportunity (being as it is a question of justice to give to give the opportunity to all life), the Ascended Host thought that it was better to delay the capture of the final decisions on the immigrant souls until the Goddess of the Opportunity (member of the Karmic Court) had received his Cosmic Investiture.
The tremendous Light, Impetus and Spiritual Obedience of the Members of the Kingdom was contagious, and five hundred millions that were requesting reincarnation were impressed deeply. Two hundred millions offered to do immediately the consent before Sanat Kumara; another hundred millions offered also after having been witnesses of the tremendous Ceremony in which the first two hundred united millions knelt down committing [their] vote to the Flame It unsustains. Si bien es cierto que hoy en muchos otros grupos en América y España se celebrará con diversos actos tan magno aniversario, por este medio decretamos que resuenen también en el CIBERMUNDO, los cantos de gracias y alabanzas de todos los seres humanos, angélicos y elementales que se han beneficiado (y que se beneficiarán en el futuro) con el Conocimiento y Aplicación de la Ley del Ser y del Fuego Sagrado, descargados por este excelso Maestro para contribuir a la Ascensión de la humanidad y de la Tierra en pleno.
Recordemos ese evento y revisemos las actas de dicha coronación para beneficio de "los que llegaron tarde", toda vez que "allí donde pones tu atención, allí estás tú".
CORONACIÓN DE SAINT GERMAIN - 1954

Una vez cada dos mil años, un Nuevo Rayo se proyecta hacia la Tierra, y, a medida que gira la Rueda Cósmica (catorce mil años para una revolución completa), el Chohán que, en ese momento, es el Representante de dicho Rayo es coronado como la Autoridad Cósmica para la evolución del planeta y sus gentes durante dicho lapso.
El Sexto Rayo (actualmente bajo la supervisión del Maestro Ascendido Jesús) completó su Servicio el 1º de Enero de 1954 y, dando algo de tiempo para energías superpuestas, el Séptimo Rayo oficialmente comenzó su Efusión Cósmica el 1º de Mayo de 1954. La actividad efectuada entre 1930 y 1954 (un período de veinticuatro años) fue una actividad preparatoria, algo así como la tarea de Juan el Bautista.
El 1º de Mayo de 1954, se efectuó en Shamballa la Gran Ceremonia de la transferencia de la Corona, del Cetro, de la Espada y las Vestiduras del Chohán Oficiante (el Maestro Ascendido Jesús) al Nuevo Chohán (el Maestro Ascendido Saint Germain).
La CORONA -que simboliza esta AUTORIDAD- vino a la Tierra con la primera oleada de humanidad que encarnó, sobre la cabeza del Arcángel Miguel; y, desde entonces, cada dos mil años ha sido transferida a la Autoridad de los Rayos sucesivos. Así, en catorce mil años, los Siete Chohanes gobernantes la llevan por dos mil años cada uno.
De ahí que hayan transcurrido catorce mil años desde que un Chohán del Séptimo Rayo llevó la Corona, pero han transcurrido sólo dos mil años desde que un Chohán (como Chohán) la recibió de Su predecesor; o sea, el Sexto Rayo la recibió del Quinto.
Hace catorce mil años, en Beijing (China) Lady Kwan-Yin, siendo entonces la Chohán gobernante del Séptimo Rayo, recibió la Corona de manos del entonces Chohán gobernante del Sexto Rayo (en el último ciclo o ronda de la Rueda Cósmica).
De esta manera, no es casualidad que la Coronación coincida con que esté abierto el Templo de Beijing, como tampoco lo es que se abra el Retiro de Transilvania como el primer Retiro en ser honrado después de esta Coronación. El mismo Maestro Jesús, resplandeciente, vistiendo una exquisita capa y cauda (tela de oro con palomas entretejidas) colocó la Corona sobre la cabeza del Maestro Saint Germain, mientras que la asamblea entera entonaba la letra espiritual del canto "God Save the King" ["Dios guarde al Rey"].
El mismo Señor del Mundo (Sanat Kumara) puso en las manos de Saint Germain el Cetro de la Autoridad y Poder para la evolución de todos los ángeles, humanos y elementales en el próximo ciclo de dos mil años. En el momento en que la Corona fue colocada sobre su Cabeza, Saint Germain dijo que la Guardiana Silenciosa había vertido en Su Conciencia (simbolizada por la Corona, actividad femenina) el patrón completo para los próximos dos mil años de cada alma. El Cetro (actividad masculina) simboliza la extracción de las ideas semillas; y la Corona, la conciencia fértil en la cual las semillas se desarrollarán; la Espada, la expresión manifiesta de las dos. Sin embargo, cuando a uno se le ocurre una idea, la tendencia no es a permitirle que madure en la conciencia, sino a emitirla cual "bebé de incubadora", o "nacido muerto"[still-born].
