PROPHECY - God Will Deliver the Packages
Hi Patrick,
Eighteen years ago God gave me a prophetic message... if you read the message carefully you will be able to see how easily it fits into what is going on with the programs at this time. I think it would give thousands of program recipients great hope that God is still in charge and he will deliver the packages to us.

Word Given by Pastor Howard Richardson --- April 28, 1991
The Lord gives to those who have the power to believe. Because of their unbelief, not all enter into the fullness of their blessing or the fullness of rest. Unbelief causes people not to enter into that which God has appointed for them.
If God said it, then I believe it. If God said it, that settles it. If God declared it, then I am going to hold fast to that which he has said. I will not look to the left or to the right, but I will hope in His Word. Your faith is going to birth into your life the things that God has said. Faith comes by hearing, not by what is written, but by the spoken, Rhema Word of God, his Spirit is one with your spirit.
When God speaks to you, you can stand upon what he tells you, because what he tells you is going to bring the blessing. God’s Word is going to prevail over every voice in your life that is contrary to the Word that God has given you. If God has declared a promise, then that Word is going to prevail. If we have heard from God, then beware, because in your obedience, you are going to be opposed. But the power of darkness cannot prevail against a word that is according to obedience. If God wants you to go, then there are going to be those that seek to oppose you, and oppose your faith. But there is no power that can oppose what God has said, because the power to oppose will be brought down under the authority of God.
God says, “You will go in and you will walk in the blessing.” You will receive the promise. God has declared it, and there is nothing that can prevail against what God has said. And when we hold fast to what God has said “to what God has promised then we are going to receive the blessing”
Yes, we are going to be opposed, but God is going to win. Therefore, we must give more earnest heed to what we have heard through prophetic voices, or what we have heard individually.
God does reward obedience. And if God be for us, who can be against us? When God speaks, He means what He says… and when God speaks, I recognize that it is a true word of prophecy; it is ordained to come to pass.
Jesus said, “So shall My Word go forth out of my mouth…” and that which shall go forth out of God’s mouth is coming to pass for you and for me at this time. And when you have a true word from God, he is going to confirm his word to you with signs, with miracles, and with wonders. Amen!
“Surely I will put together the impossible in what I have ordained for your life. It is by my Word that all things are possible unto them that believe.
For there is no law, says the Lord, that is too high for me to get over and to go beyond.”
“I know the things that stand before you, that keep you from going on into the total obedience of what I have showed you would come to pass. I have given you by promise, and the situation of the day has opposed you, and showed you that it would not come together.” But I say, “It shall come together, for it is according to my Word, and no power, or principality shall rise up against it. I shall bring to pass what you have known I have said.”
I see something that you’re trying to put together, but it doesn’t look like it can work because there is more against you in this situation than there is for you. God said, “If I be for you, who can stand against you?” What the Lord is joining together, nothing can tear it, or pull it asunder. God said, He spoke it… just believe it. These other circumstances are going to be worked out for His glory.
“Soon I will move to show you the open door, because I have called you, and set you aside as a choice, selected vessel. Enemy forces have fought the very thing in your life that I gave you by my Word.” But I say unto you, “even among those that you are joined with, that are of your life, and of your living, have sought to oppose you. They have risen up against your obedience, to follow what I have told you to do.” Thus says the Lord!
