I Asked the Lord

I asked the Lord, how much longer Lord, how much longer before I can hold my children and grandchildren and tell them they were betrayed by those who were supposed to protect and serve them? "Soon my child, soon." But Lord, it has been five years and I am so tired, and oh, how I miss them. "I know. Do you remember what I told you in 1997?" Yes, Lord, you promised you would never leave me or forsake me. "What else?" You said, 'it is time to begin your journey and 'TO STAND FIRM ON THE TRUTH.' What you did not tell me was that I would be falsely accused, stand before unjust judges, have to deal with untruthful county and district attorney's, uncaring law-enforcement officers, be incarcerated twice and forced to have not one but two physiological evaluations. "What did you learn from those experiences?" I learned Your precious 'little ones' are suffering needlessly and there are many, many innocent people in jail who have been falsely accused and have no one to help them "Why did you come to earth at this time?" To be a voice for those who have no voice. "Could you be that voice if you had not experienced what they had?" No Lord, but when will I be that voice? "Soon, my child, soon."
