How Much Longer?

Where is our four leaf clover?
Prayers and wailings that are sent to heaven,
Pleadings for peace and order,
Seem to be useless and going unheard,
While evil lurks in our border.
There are thousands who died in the towers,
Deaths in Iraq are senseless.
Deaths from disease and starvation we see.
In India they are defenseless.
Shan we love so is suffering badly.
Water and air polluted.
Food that we eat has been poisoned by men,
For good health it is unsuited.
Hear us Father, as one we beseech you,
Relieve our pain and sorrow.
Lead us into the New Golden Age,
And may it begin tomorrow
