The People can't do much about past accountability now. But, Today Is a Good Day to Ask your fellow Citizen, "Do you support the foundations of The Constitution?" Should a Citizen of US be able to be a Citizen when they do not support the foundation of their Citizenship? Should an Immigrant be able to obtain Citizenship without supporting the Constitution? Can Destruction of the Constitution be anything other than Treason when dealing in Matters of War?

They all need accountability. If one is a representative of The Constitution, they are bound to support The Constitution by duty of office. To allow the People's Constitutional Rights to be Infringed Without a Declaration of War Is Treason against the Constitution, the Foundations of US and the People. The People's Constitutional Rights may only be Infringed in time of Declaration of War against a Nation - not a group of no nationed criminals.

Some are guilty of murder, manslaughter and treason. Others only guilty of fear. So one has to ask, "Is Treason a Pension and Property Loss Offense?"
