U.S. Constitution -- Amendments 11-16
"The Constitution for the united states of America, 1787" is difficult to find in its true original wording. The version attached, "The Constitution of the United States, 1787"' has been changed from the original. It reflects the corporate United States. It is the currently published version, but be advised that it is based on a forgery (explained below). However, this still shows that the Constitution was designed to enumerate and limit the powers of government. It is included for you to read. The original intent was to leave the true governance in the hands of We the People.
The "Bill of Rights", also attached, provides protections to further limit government intrusion upon the Sovereign Citizens. However, our Rights are not limited to those enumerated in the "Bill of Rights". Our Rights are God-given to each man, women, and child by our Creator by virtue of birth; not by government nor man.
The original "Bill of Rights" had only the first ten Amendments, and was ratified on December 15, 1791. These ten Amendments are the most crucial to your understanding for life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
Amendment 11 was not added until February 7, 1795. From the time the Civil War started and the Southern states representatives had left the House and Senate due to the declared war, the Northern states representatives along with unconstitutional Southern replacements began restructuring (subverting) the united states Constitution by adding Amendments to the Bill of Rights. The subsequent Amendments usurped additional powers for the government and limited the Rights of the people in most cases. With the Act of 1871, the de facto (acting, yet false) government created a corporation called the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and sold the majority of shares to the British Crown and foreign bankers. The Constitution for the united states of America was replaced with the corporate forgery that we have today. This Act of 1871 stole the Peoples Sovereignty and placed them into a life of servitude and unending debt without their knowledge. Already by the time that the [replacement] 13th Amendment (see below) was ratified in 1865, that and all subsequent Amendments have been ratified by an unconstitutional de facto Congress.
Amendment 12 substantially changed Article II, Setion 1 of the Constitutionin the requirements that the Electors (Electoral College) select a President and Vice President, while at the same time limiting the possible selections available and essentially assuring a two-party system as early as 1804.
Amendment 13 (originally ratified in 1819) denied all 'Titles of Nobility', e.g.: King, Prince, Esquire, etc. from holding any public offices nor retaining United States citizenship for accepting a Title of Nobility. Esquire is a British title given to Attorneys by the British Bar Assn. (also the American Bar Assn.; which is a Constitutional violation). This 13th Amendment mysteriously disappeared and was replaced (ratified in 1865) by the current 13th Amendment that freed the slaves after the Civil War. Since then, Lawyers and attorneys have overrun government positions. Are we living in England ? Our courts have been operating under British Admiralty Law for many years.
Amendment 14 made citizens out of the freed slaves and placed them under the exclusive jurisdiction of the U.S. Government as though they all lived inside the ten square miles called Washington D.C. This Amendment originally pertained only to the freed slaves and should have become null and void as the last freed slave had died. Instead, it paved the way for every American to eventually come under the exclusive jurisdiction of the U.S. Government. Rights became government-issued privileges. Most forms of taxation and licensing eventually arose as a result of this 14th Amendment. By being a Citizen (Sovereign) of the united states of America, most and eventually all, Americans unknowingly and voluntarily made the transition to citizens (slaves) of the United States. There is a major difference between these two terms.
The 14th Amendment also prevented virtually every previously elected official who had taken an oath to support the Constitution and who had subsequently supported the South during the Civil War (Southern Congressmen, Senators, Judges, soldiers, etc.) from ever being elected or holding office again. This essentially gave the North full controll of the government. Only Northern-simpathetic Southerners were allowed (hand-picked) to represent Southern states both during and after the Civil War.
Amendment 15 gave the citizens of the United States ( freed male slaves) the right to vote. This is likely where the Voter Registration eventually came from. The Voter Registration Card constitutes just one of the voluntary transitions (traps) mentioned above.
Amendment 16 is the so-called Amendment that makes the requirement for the Income Tax. The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled on several occasions that the 16th Amendment does not (and I am paraphrasing here) place a requirement upon a wage earner to pay an Income Tax. It also does not give the government (or IRS) any new authority to lay or collect an Income Tax. Without going into a very lengthy explanation, the founding fathers, through the Constitution, made it impossible to place a tax on a Citizen's earnings (the fruits of one's labor). This has never been abridged. The answer lies amongst the Constitutional basis between 'direct' and 'excise' taxes and apportionments thereof. Self-assessment and paying Income Tax is a voluntary thing that one does. Also, there is a great deal of evidence that the 16th Amendment was never properly ratified.
Thorough discussions of all of the above can be found on the Internet.
With this small amount of groundwork laid, I'll leave it to you to read the entire 27 Amendments included in the Bill of Rights. You may draw some interesting conclusions on your own.
Respectfully,
Mike Pitts
