transportation, if there is such a thing. Transportation refers to Commerce. Under the
Commerce Clause from the Constitution, the Feds have the authority to regulate
Commerce and if you say you are in the act of Commerce then they have Authority over
you)

There is a Secretary of Homeland Security, appointed by the President, by and with the

(Here we see that The Secretary of Homeland Security is appointed by the President, not Congress, which means there is no Congressional power in the Secretary of Homeland Security over anyone outside of their agency, just like there is no power in the Secretary of White House Janitorial Services, if there is such a thing, the President is not a Dictator and therefore cannot dictate power over the free people)

committed or is suspected on reasonable grounds of having
committed a felony; or
(c) making a search at the request or invitation or with the
consent of the occupant of the premises.
(Now here we see that we have no recourse against the Agency Agent if we give our consent)

When you travel, repeat the line to everyone between the ticket counter and your gate. Be ready to be intimidated, but stand your ground. We are passing on this info, after seeing what TSA is doing, we felt it was our duty to do it. No one has a right to see your ticket or ID. Only the Airline Representative can request your ticket period. The last time we invoked our rights this way was before the “pat downs”,( and this was after seeing other people doing it) we simply did not want to take off our shoes, belt etc, and walked right through TSA without even having our carry-on scanned. We thought that was humiliating enough, we cannot imaging anyone touching us or our children, or seeing us naked. They tried their typical intimidation, called the supervisor, but when we started taking names they got out of our way. They may not say you are free to go, they may just step aside or not block your path, this is their consent, so start walking. It is a mind game. TSA agents or local policemen (who also works for a local corporation) cannot hold you or restrict your movement without violating the warning you gave them.
Be sure to have at least a tape recorder in your hand or pocket and let them know they are being recorded for your safety, if you can video tape it all the better. So, the moral of the Story is, people are being molested, because they know only that
which is fed to them by Liberal and Conservative talking heads alike, as well as
Democrats and Republicans. Thank God we still have the Internet, but this is next, this

Although Attorneys are not needed to keep the Government corporations off your back and out of your pants, it is a good idea to have a competent Attorney who can file the proper forms so you can win a Case against any “United States” corporate employee, but please remember, if the “Judge” (who works for the “United States”) can show that you even gave the hint of a “consent” he will rule in favor of the “United States”. Please remember that every Judge, works for the United States corporation and therefore his first interest is to protect the corporate interest not yours.
Let us put TSA out of Service, then we can take out other corporations.

By consenting to TSA or any other agency, every passenger, man or woman is
risking being accused as a terrorist or domestic terrorist without any evidence
what so ever, “just simply appear to be intended”.

given such term in section 101(a)(22) of the Immigration and
Nationality Act;
(3) the term ``person'' means any individual or entity capable

(B) armed conflict, whether or not war has been declared,
between two or more nations; or
(C) armed conflict between military forces of any origin;

(5) the term ‘‘domestic terrorism’’ means activities

(Now here part ( C ) is letting you know that it does not have to occur with in the “United States”, so how do they get “jurisdiction”? through your consent, we cannot stress this enough”)
“When you read this section, you can see that Congress, the Senate, the President and
the Courts are all guilty of every part of this definition, but they will only apply it to us,
but we can apply it to them through the use of the Grand Jury, so we must also educate
ourselves on the “Rights of a Grand Jury”. “Grand Jurors” answer to no one in the
Government, and Grand Jurors have sole Jurisdiction over all evidence and can speak
with anyone privately (specially the Accused) They are not tools of the Government”

(e) Authorization of appropriations
There are authorized to be appropriated for
grants under this section—
(1) $850,000,000 for fiscal year 2008;
(2) $950,000,000 for fiscal year 2009;
(3) $1,050,000,000 for fiscal year 2010;
(4) $1,150,000,000 for fiscal year 2011;
(5) $1,300,000,000 for fiscal year 2012; and
(6) such sums as are necessary for fiscal year
2013, and each fiscal year thereafter.
§ 605. State Homeland Security Grant Program
(a) Establishment
There is established a State Homeland Security
Grant Program to assist State, local, and
tribal governments in preventing, preparing for,
protecting against, and responding to acts of
terrorism.
(b) Application
(1) In general
Each State may apply for a grant under this
section, and shall submit such information in
support of the application as the Administrator
may reasonably require.
§ 607. Terrorism prevention
(a) Law enforcement terrorism prevention program
(1) In general
The Administrator shall ensure that not less
than 25 percent of the total combined funds
appropriated for grants under sections 604 and
605 of this title is used for law enforcement
terrorism prevention activities.
(2) Law enforcement terrorism prevention activities
Law enforcement terrorism prevention activities
include—
(A) information sharing and analysis;
(B) target hardening;
(C) threat recognition;
(D) terrorist interdiction;
§ 609. Use of funds
(2) Personnel
(A) In general
Not more than 50 percent of the amount
awarded to a grant recipient under section
604 or 605 of this title in any fiscal year may
be used to pay for personnel, including overtime
and backfill costs, in support of the
permitted uses under subsection (a).
(Now if you ever wondered how your Police Department, in this bad economy, can afford driving new vehicles, with new high tech equipment, establish “Amber Alert Systems”, and constantly increase their personnel, well now you know.
