Hello Central

Dear Patrick,

First of all we thank you for being the light in this dense fog. The short article by "S" reminds me of a lesson learned as a younger child than I am now. The lesson was about evil and was given to me by a priest who should be (and maybe is) a saint. He told me that evil is an entity. In and of itself it cannot harm you for you are 1000 times more powerful than the evil. It does not have right, title or privilege over you unless you grant it. The only time evil can harm you is when you welcome it in and allow it to have power over you.

With that being said, a corporation in the U.S. is governed by its charter and by the State laws that granted the corporation the license to conduct business. The business portion is outlined in its articles and charter. Basic stuff we already know about and most of us deal with often.

If a group is conducting business as a corporation without license they still must conduct the business under the state or states laws they operate in. Corporations are governed under state law.  In a way, the "Corporation of the United States" not duly authorized by congress, not registered in any state in this country, not having articles or charter and conducting business as "they"have been doing must be operating under the Pirates Code (and not doing a good job at that). Anyone "working" for the corporation who runs for public office is conducting a fraud and a deceptive practice punishable by any state in this country. Anyone who takes an oath of office and swears to "protect and defend the Constitution of the United States" and performs to the opposite effect also has committed willful deceit and fraud.

The only "legal" group is the U.S. Military operating under the UCMJ and the Provost who can appoint, swear in civilians to run government functions and enforce the arrest of a Pirate government. This can be done peacefully (to an extent) since the ones being arrested deceived and, in actuality, have no ability, no power, no rights and no privilege over anyone. (as I remember my history, the Reconstruction Acts ended in 1867 and when an Act ends it ends and if this is a premise for the corporation their party ended in 1867 so it's time to leave).

Obviously, I don't know the subject like "S". It's like a math problem to me, reduce to the simplest terms and solve.

Again, thanks for being there.
