camera so you can submit the picture of the barcode on your driver's license to their website. After a few minutes it will tell you what information is encoded onto your driver's license. I didn't try it yet because I don't have a scanner, but I will try to see if my webcam makes a good enough image to submit. They also have a standalone java program so you can do the same thing off line. Here's the page:

It's part of something called the "Swipe Project." There is also a page about getting reports from various "data-mining" companies to see what information about you they are selling. You have to pay to get the report, but for some the fee may be worth it.
