Noi comprendiamo benissimo che questi siano per voi dei tempi molto difficili e pieni di difficoltà personali. Ma se voi semplicemente vi rilassate e consentite all’energia di avvolgervi, potremo spiegarvi le cose che in molti stanno sperimentando in questo momento. Nei momenti in cui siete preoccupati delle apparenze esteriori da cose quali il vostro aspetto fisico o dell’ambiente in cui vivete, è importante ricordarvi che l’aspetto esteriore, altro non è che il riflesso del vostro mondo interiore. Molte persone si preoccupano di migliorare il loro aspetto fisico con sedute in palestra, un nuovo vestito o un nuovo taglio di capelli ecc. Se si stufano di vedere la  casa sempre allo stesso modo , cominciano a spostare i mobili, a dipingere le pareti,a spostare oggetti nelle stanze ecc. Per un breve periodo di tempo, questi sembrano i “ritocchi” giusti che andavano fatti ma tuttavia, nella maggior parte dei casi, questi sono solo una soluzione temporanea ad un problema di più lunga durata.

Invece di cercare di fare dei cambiamenti esteriori, cercate di andare dentro di voi e fate una vera ricerca spirituale e trovate quello che dovreste cambiare dentro di voi piuttosto che fuori. E’ qui che troverete la soluzione di lungo termine e quando vi riallineerete al vostro interno e vedrete che seguirà un altrettanto naturale cambiamento all’esterno. Di nuovo, l’esteriorità, è un semplice riflesso dell’interiorità! In questo modo, vedrete che sarete più focalizzati e sarete in grado di affrontare meglio tutti gli alti e bassi tipici della vita di terza dimensione. E’ qui che risiede la soluzione alla maggior parte dei problemi che le persone devono affrontare.Siete così talmente condizionati a focalizzarvi sul mondo esteriore, sulla vostra apparenza fisica! E come potrebbe essere altrimenti? Tutto quello con il quale venite continuamente bombardati, riflette solamente l’apparenza e pertanto, questo è la somma di chi e di che cosa siete.

Tuttavia, nulla potrebbe essere più falso e questo focalizzarvi prevalentemente sulle cose esteriori, è uno stratagemma dell’Avversario (Satana), per portarvi fuori strada ed impedirvi di raggiungere il vostro vero scopo. Perché? Perché vi fa rimanere focalizzati sul vostro Io e non sul vostro Vero Se.

E’ importante che quando sentite che state girando intorno, come il cane che si morde la coda, vi fermiate un attimo e valutate la situazione nella quale vi trovate coinvolti. Cercate anche di scoprire quale sia lo scopo della vostra vita. Ognuno di voi, senza eccezione, è venuto nel mondo fisico con uno scopo ben specifico E SOLO VOI, potete sapere con certezza quale sia questo scopo. Se solo voi dedicaste una piccola parte del vostro tempo alla vostra scoperta interiore allo stesso modo di come fate per guadagnare soldi e ammassare cose materiali, il vostro mondo sarebbe su un sentiero molto diverso da quello su cui si  trova attualmente. Quindi, quello che dovreste realmente cercare, è la risposta ALLA  domanda : STO SEGUENDO IL MIO CUORE? SONO SUL MIO GIUSTO CAMMINO?

Se sprofondate spesso in stati di agitazione e di depressione, questo vuol dire che non state seguendo il desiderio del vostro cuore. Probabilmente, avete preso il vostro scopo spirituale, il vostro vero scopo e l’avete gettato alle ortiche mentre affrontate le problematiche della vita che apparentemente vi bombardano in continuazione. La chiave, è di saper riconoscere quando vi trovate in questi stati. Concordiamo con voi, che spesso è difficile vederlo da voi stessi perché siete così impegnati a fronteggiare tutte le situazioni che vi arrivano addosso, che non vi rendete conto che pian piano state scivolando fuori strada fino a quando le cose arrivano ad un punto di crisi tale che vi fermate mezzi morti e dite : Cavolo!!! ma cosa sta succedendo qui? Non posso continuare così, ma come faccio a sistemare le cose? Questi che noi chiamiamo momenti di lucidità o di rivelazione, possono sopraggiungere a seguito di una crisi fisiologica, mentale o emotiva e sono momenti dove voi non solo percepite, ma SAPETE  che le cose non stanno nel modo in cui dovrebbero essere, che la vostra vita è fuori strada. Questo è il vostro Se Superiore, il Vero Se e/o le vostre Guide che vi stanno avvertendo o stanno cercando di attirare la vostra attenzione.

Sfortunatamente, la maggior parte di voi, è così invischiata nel dramma della vita di tutti i giorni, che raramente prestate attenzione o persino credete alla Guida di noi dei Regni Celesti. Ma se solo poteste ri-programmare voi stessi ed invece che ricercare le soluzioni al vostro esterno, vi rivolgete al vostro interno e vi guardate onestamente dentro, vi risparmiereste molto dolore ed inoltre, trovereste quelle soluzioni a lungo termine che così disperatamente cercate e volete.

La vera cosa sfortunata, è che se voi continuate ad ignorare i continui richiami del vostro Vero Se e/o delle vostre Guide, molto presumibilmente continuerete a scivolare in basso fino ad arrivare a un punto di crisi tale da sviluppare dei seri problemi di salute fisica, mentale ed emotiva. Le vostre Guide Celesti, non vi forzeranno MAI a fare qualcosa. Sono semplicemente li per Guidarvi e vi lasceranno andare in qualsiasi direzione voi scegliete di andare. Se scegliete di continuare ad ignorarle, Esse vi lasceranno gentilmente creare quei problemi a cui state andando incontro. Esse non sono attaccate alla vita fisica come lo siete voi e sanno che se voi scegliete di continuare sul cammino dell’auto-distruzione, lascerete semplicemente l’esistenza fisica attuale di terza dimensione per ritornarvi Ma sappiate con assoluta certezza che : Quello che portate con voi in questa vita, lo riporterete con voi in quella successiva. La morte e la susseguente reincarnazione, non sono una scappatoia ai vostri problemi attuali! Non potete sfuggire loro e non potete nascondervi da loro in quanto faranno sempre parte di voi fino a quando non li affronterete, li risolverete e cosa più importante, avrete imparato da loro. Quindi quando dite che preferireste morire piuttosto che affrontarli, non siatene così sicuri! Tornerete per vivere, rivivere e di nuovo vivere fino a quando finalmente non affronterete voi stessi, avrete a che fare con chi siete e cosa siete e imparerete le lezioni spirituali che desiderate apprendere.

A questo punto, potreste porvi alcune altre domande :

Approfitto al massimo del tempo che ora ho a disposizione?

La smetto di fuggire e affronto i miei problemi?

Ho raggiunto finalmente il punto in cui riconosco chi e cosa sono e se sto camminando sulla strada che ho scelto prima di incarnarmi in questa vita?

O continuo come sto facendo ora?

Chiedetevi questo : sono veramente felice? Provo gioia per quello che sono? Sono soddisfatto di me stesso?

Se potete onestamente rispondere “si” a tutte queste domande, allora congratulazioni! Siete una persona rara. Se avete risposto “no”, allora è urgente che cerchiate di scoprire perché. Uno dei modi migliori per superare le vostre “depressioni”, è di impegnarvi ad aiutare gli altri. Questo vi porterà ad uscire dal dramma del vostro piccolo mondo e avrà un effetto catartico nel senso che quando siete focalizzati su un altro, molto spesso vi rendete conto che quello che consideravate un vostro problema personale, dopotutto, non è un così grosso problema. Quando siete impegnati ad aiutare qualcuno, vedrete che i vostri processi mentali e i vostri pensieri, risultano più chiari e capirete che il vostro problema personale, che pensavate fosse irrisolvibile, può essere risolto molto facilmente.

Molto spesso quando siete così focalizzati sul problema, siete imprigionati nel gioco mentale del “come sarebbe se”. Con questo, vogliamo dire che prendete ogni piccolo dettaglio e dite : “come sarebbe se; questo e questo..” Seguire questo andamento, farà diventare la situazione ancora  più problematica di quanto sia in realtà per il fatto che ogni volta aggiungete  allo scenario delle supposizioni irrealistiche. Questo è un altro modo con cui l’Avversario vi tenta per portarvi fuori dal cammino che avete scelto. La ragione per la quale la maggior parte di voi (chi è attirato da questi messaggi), è venuta nel mondo fisico in questo preciso momento , è per essere Al Servizio Degli Altri.

Voi vivete in una società così consumistica e che usa le risorse nel modo più egoistico e tuttavia, avete delle grandi possibilità di aiutarvi l’un l’altro. Ma siete così impegnati col vostro lavoro,la famiglia e la casa e la ricerca di piaceri fisici, che chiudete gli occhi davanti a chi è veramente nel bisogno. Voi individualmente, non sarete capaci di salvare l’intero mondo ma se voi e poi   un altro e un altro, e un altro ancora e ancora un altro dareste il vostro aiuto dove è realmente necessario, provate ad immaginare solo per un istante dove si troverebbe oggi il vostro mondo!

Le frequenze del vostro pianeta, stanno aumentando, e questo è un fatto accertato.  (n.d.t.;Sananda si riferisce alla frequenza Schumann che è in pratica il battito cardiaco della Terra, Per secoli, la frequenza vibrazionale del pianeta si era attestata attorno ai 7,8 Hertz o cicli al secondo. Dall’inizio degli anni 80 ovvero da quando la Terra è entrata più decisamente nella cintura fotonica, la frequenza vibrazionale della Terra non ha fatto altro che aumentare e oggi  è attorno agli 11, quasi 12  Hertz e si prevede che entro la fine del 2012, arriverà a 13 Hertz)Potete negarlo quanto volete, ma questo non cambierà la verità di quanto sta avvenendo. Questo è anche il motivo per cui molti di voi, sono vittime di stati di agitazione, di infelicità e addirittura di depressione. Il vostro Se Superiore, il vostro Spirito Divino, l’Essenza di chi voi siete veramente, sa e percepisce che le frequenze del pianeta si stanno elevando e vi sta dando delle “gomitate” perché voi alziate a vostra volta le vostre frequenze e il modo migliore per farlo, è di darvi da fare per trovare lo scopo della vostra vita che avete scelto.

Il numero delle persone alle quali é stata diagnosticata una depressione, in questo momento è astronomico e voi siete stati condizionati a credere che avete nel vostro corpo uno squilibrio chimico che causa la depressione e quindi andate dal vostro medico che vi riempie di farmaci anti depressivi. Ricordatevi quanto abbiamo detto pocanzi, il vostro stato fisico, altro non è che il riflesso del vostro stato spirituale e il vostro corpo può manifestare segnali di “squilibrio chimico” che riflettono il vostro disagio interiore. Ma vi diremo quanto segue come una verità assoluta: I farmaci, possono SOLO nascondere i sintomi di un profondo problema interiore. Il fatto è che i problemi di depressione o di agitazione, sono la manifestazione fisica di un vostro problema a livello spirituale. Non state lavorando nella direzione dello scopo della vostra vita. Tutto questo, si riduce alla seguente conclusione : SIETE SINCERI VERSO VOI STESSI.

Perfetto, però voi dite : tutto questo va bene ed è fantastico, ma dobbiamo guadagnarci da vivere e mantenere un certo standard di vita e un adeguato livello di comfort per la nostra famiglia. Essi da noi, si aspettano tutto questo e dobbiamo dare ai nostri figli tutto quello di cui hanno bisogno e vogliono e mantenere una certa qualità di vita che ci si aspetta da noi!

Ma chi pone sulle vostre spalle tutte queste aspettative?La vostra famiglia? Forse! Ma allora, perché hanno tutte queste aspettative? E’possibile che questa sia l’aspettativa che voi avete creato in loro? E’ importante riconoscere e capire che gli altri si aspettano da voi quello che voi li avete condizionati ad aspettarsi. Cosa ne sarebbe se ad un certo punto, vi fermaste  e diceste “no”? Vi amerebbero di meno? Se ne andrebbero via da voi? Se lo facessero, allora forse anche loro hanno un grosso problema che dovrebbero affrontare. Lezioni cari studenti, lezioni – è tutta una questione di lezioni per tutti voi!   

Fino a quando non prenderete coscienza che voi siete MOLTO DI PIU’ di un corpo fisico con bisogni fisiologici,non potrete mai conseguire uno stato di felicità di lunga durata, di contentezza e di soddisfazione. Voi siete uno spirito (la pura essenza di chi voi siete), che vive in un corpo fisico (il veicolo per sperimentare fisicamente la vita). Questa è la gerarchia di chi e che cosa siete. Da notare che PRIMA DI TUTTO, voi siete uno  spirito e PER ULTIMO,  un corpo fisico.

L’idea di avere un corpo fisico, venne dallo spirito e non il contrario. Molto prima che voi vi incarnaste in un corpo fisico, voi eravate uno spirito. Lo spirito è quella parte che è direttamente connessa e legata eternamente alla Sorgente Creativa – quello che potete chiamare Dio. Lo spirito è dove risiede tutta l’energia ed è dallo spirito che voi traete l’energia perfino per esistere fisicamente. La forma di energia più pura, è dentro ad ognuno di voi – energia che viene direttamente dalla Sorgente della Creazione, energia che ha il potere di creare attingendo dallo spazio etereo o quello che siete stati indotti a credere sia “il vuoto o il nulla”.Tuttavia, questo “nulla”, NON E’ ALTRO  che uno spazio che pullula di energia inutilizzata dalla maggior parte di voi perché laggiù nel mondo fisico, avete dimenticato chi e che cosa siete!La vostra anima, é l’interfaccia che mette in connessione lo spirito con il mondo fisico. Questa interfaccia, è una connessione a “due vie”. In altre parole, raccoglie dati non solo dallo spirito, ma anche dal mondo fisico e qui risiedono l vostri problemi.

Il vostro mondo é completamente squilibrato. Ma che cosa significa questo? Sappiate che l’universo fisico nel quale esistete,è composto dalla dualità o se preferite, da opposti. Ci sono la luce e il buio, caldo e freddo, dolce e amaro ecc. ecc. Tuttavia, questi opposti, sono semplicemente due “opposte” frequenze dello stesso spettro. (tecnicamente diremmo che queste due opposte frequenze dello spettro, sono sfasate di 180° tra di loro.) Al momento, il peso del potere sulla Terra, pende dalla parte della bilancia delle Forze Oscure o quello che voi definireste il male. L’equilibrio perfetto, vorrebbe dire che non ci sarebbero ne Luce ne Oscurità ma entrambi in parti uguali. Il bene e il male, sono due terminali opposti (o due opposte frequenze) dello stesso spettro e il vero equilibrio, consisterebbe nell’avere entrambi in parti uguali di modo che non ci fosse ne bene ne male (opposte frequenze dello stesso spettro).Significherebbe la fine di ogni lotta, la fine di ogni opposizione, la fine di “voi” contro “gli altri”, ecc.

QUESTO è il vero equilibrio. E’ il semplice fluire dell’energia in equilibrio che non deve lottare ne cercare di conquistare. Vedete, nella Creazione non viene percepito il bene e il male. La Creazione è la forma di energia più pura che esista. Questa energia, semplicemente crea e non si pone la domanda se sia bene o male. E’ nel vostro mondo fisico dove esiste il dualismo che voi percepite il bene e il male (i famosi due opposti dello stesso spettro).

Il vostro spirito, é un frammento del Tutto della Creazione e questo spirito, non da giudizi di bene o di male. Essendo la vostra anima l’interfaccia tra l’indivisibile (La Creazione) e il diviso (il mondo fisico), essa trasmette semplicemente delle informazioni dallo spirito al mondo fisico e viceversa. Per contro, il vostro corpo fisico, esiste nel mondo del dualismo (è diviso) e quindi le informazioni dal mondo fisico trasmesse tramite l’interfaccia (l’anima), vengono divise. Tuttavia, una volta che quelle informazioni divise arrivano allo spirito, si riuniscono in modo equilibrato e non sono più divise. Le informazioni che voi ricevete dallo spirito, non sono divise e quando arrivano nel mondo fisico, ovvero a voi in forma umana, cercate di divedere l’energia in forma dualistica. (volete dividerla in due). In altre parole,  giudicate se l’informazione è valida oppure no (buona o cattiva) e questo è alla base dei vostri problemi.

Voi fate domande del tipo : questa informazione, è buona o cattiva? Cercate di dare un giudizio sull’informazione perché vivete nel dualismo e siete abituati agli opposti. E’ da li che viene il detto che la vostra mente e il vostro spirito sono due eterni nemici (in conflitto) perché il vostro spirito, trasmette energia pura (indivisa) e la vostra mente, cerca di riordinarla (dividerla). Ricordatevi anche di  altri due detti molto validi : “una casa divisa, non sta in piedi” e “dividi e conquista”. Riflettete su queste cose perché in esse ci sono delle  grandi verità. La vostra mente fisica, ha enormi difficoltà ad accettare l’energia pura indivisa che fluisce continuamente dallo spirito perché vivete nella dualità (negli opposti).Avete imparato fin dalla nascita a dare giudizi basati sul concetto di buono o cattivo. Il motivo è, che c’è un’ influenza talmente pesante delle Forze Oscure (il male), sul vostro pianeta, che è molto facile cadere nelle loro grinfie.Le intenzioni dello spirito, non sono mai centrate su se stesso, brutali ,spinte dall’avidità,  intese a far paura, lussuriose o che nascono dall’odio. Ma il mondo nel quale vivete, è pieno di tutte queste cose. Pertanto, avete imparato a giudicare e ad essere diffidenti di ogni cosa – INCLUSO le informazioni e la Guida del vostro Se Superiore (il vostro spirito) e delle vostre Guide.

Molti di voi, hanno un senso innato a fidarsi delle loro sensazioni interiori, ma a causa di questi sentimenti di sfiducia che avete sviluppato, vi chiedete continuamente se quello che sentite è giusto o sbagliato. A sua volta questo è causa di un furioso tumulto INTERIORE che crea uno stato di confusione mentale. E’ questo tumulto interiore e i conflitti interni che vi impediscono di rimanere focalizzati e di raggiungere i vostri scopi. Dovete sviluppare la fiducia nella vostra Guida Superiore  in quanto quella parte di voi che è un frammento della Sorgente Creativa, ha accesso a tutta la conoscenza e a tutti i risultati – passati, presenti e futuri. Molto spesso, voi bloccate (o meglio, siete stati condizionati a bloccare) le vostre capacità e accedere alla conoscenza, cercando di giudicare l’onnipotente, l’onnipresente e l’onnisciente – sulla base dei ragionamenti e la logica umani – e quindi siete diventati “la casa divisa” che non sta in piedi.

Ognuno di voi, può accedere a TUTTA la conoscenza  in quanto tutti avete uno spirito, un’anima e un corpo. Il vostro spirito, è in costante connessione con la Sorgente e l’anima con la sua interfaccia, farà il suo dovere ma la vostra mente fisica, deve chiedere e poi essere aperta e disposta aricevere la risposta SENZA  giudicare l’informazione che le arriva.

Ma mi domanderete : “ se non giudico l’informazione, allora come faccio a sapere che non proviene dalle Forze Oscure del Male? “

Bene, come l’avete chiesta?

L’avete chiesta in modo generico o avete chiesto una risposta dai Regni Celesti  che sono a disposizione per il bene di tutti?

“Flirtate” con le Forze del Male o avete chiesto con discernimento la Protezione e la Guida della Luce? Vedete, qualsiasi errore, non sta nell’informazione, ma in chi la chiede.

Qual’è il vostro principio di vita basilare?

Qual’è il vostro intento di vita basilare?

Il vostro intento, è rivolto al bene di TUTTI o è solo per il vostro bene?

I vostri principi, sono per il bene di TUTTI o sono rivolti solo al vostro bene?  

Vedete, il servizio per il bene di TUTTI, è quello che potremmo definire principio “Divino”. Relativamente alle frequenze, lega insieme le vostre vibrazioni con il TUTTO della Creazione e quindi possiede delle vibrazioni altissime che sono impenetrabili dalle Forze del Male. Per contro, il servizio per se stessi, possiede solo le vostre vibrazioni che sono di una frequenza molto inferiore e possono essere influenzate dalle Forze del Male. Pertanto, l’essere focalizzati su se stessi, vi farà sentire (sarete in risonanza con)  più facilmente le basse frequenze che con quelle più elevate. Detto questo, pensiamo che potete vedere che il problema risiede nel COME e PERCHE’ chiedete – e non con l’informazione che ricevete in quanto riceverete l’informazione in base al vostro intento.

Quindi cari “studenti”, come sempre, la responsabilità è VOSTRA ,dell’individuo. Siete contenti di vivere in un mondo dove il potere pende da una parte, di continui tumulti, di conflitti ad entrambi i livelli, sia globali che personali? Oppure, vorreste vivere   in un mondo dove il potere sia equilibrato e non ci siano tumulti e conflitti? Vedete,la scelta ricade sempre su di voi! Ora termineremo in quanto vi abbiamo dato abbastanza da “digerire”e su cui riflettere. Tuttavia, ricordatevi questo : dal momento che le frequenze del vostro pianeta si stanno elevando, voi che combattete sul vostro cammino spirituale, avrete sempre maggiori opportunità di avere lezioni. Potete scegliere di affrontarle da soli, oppure con l’aiuto e l’assistenza di Tutta la Creazione. Imparare a fidarvi di voi stessi, è totalmente una vostra decisione.

Grazie per il tempo che ci hai dedicato oggi per trascrivere questo messaggio, per il bene di tutti coloro che cercano questo tipo di Guida. Ricorda che questo messaggio è sia per te, (lo scrivano), così come per qualunque altra persona in quanto ci sono dei principi basilari che tutti dovete conoscere e perfezionare. Sappiate che non siete MAI soli e noi della Fratellanza della Luce, siamo sempre presenti e ascoltiamo e rispondiamo alle vostre invocazioni. Tuttavia, dovete essere disposti a prendervi il tempo per fermarvi un istante per sentirci!

Looking For Answers In All The Wrong Places

Good afternoon, child. It is good that you sit and listen and allow the words to flow. I am Esu “Jesus” Sananda, and with me is Violinio St. Germain. We are here, as always, in the Radiant Light of the One Source of all that is.

We understand these times are extremely difficult for you ones, and personal difficulties abound. But if you will merely relax and just allow the energy to envelop you, we will be able to express the things that so very many are experiencing right now.

In those times when you find yourself concerned with the outward appearance of things, such as your own personal appearance or your surroundings, it is important to remember that the outer is but a reflection of the inner.

Most people will begin to do such things as try to improve their personal appearance—such as exercise programs, new clothes, different hairstyles, etc. If they are bothered by the physical spaces around them, they will begin to move furniture, paint walls, replace objects in the rooms, etc. And, for a short period of time, these things will appear to be the fix these ones thought they needed. However, in most cases these “fixes” are only temporary solutions to a longterm problem.

Instead of going on a physical search to make changes, try looking inward and do a real soul-searching and find what it is that needs to be changed within, rather than without. This is where you will find the longterm solution, and when you get your inner person re-aligned, you will find that the outer will follow naturally.

Again, the outer is a mere reflection of the inner.

You will find that you will become more focused and better able to function in the physical world without all the ups and downs typically associated with physical, third-dimensional existence. So, herein lies the solution to the majority of the problems facing individuals.

You are so programmed to be focused on the outer, your physical being. And why not? Everything that you ones are bombarded with on a continual basis reflects only the physical existence, as though such is the full sum of who and what you are.

Nothing could be further from the truth, however, and this physical focus is but a ploy of the Adversary to lead you astray and keep you from reaching your true goals. Why? Because it keeps you focused only on self.

It is important that when you are feeling as though you are chasing your own tail, going around in circles and getting nowhere, that you stop for a period of time and examine all the things you are involved in. Also take the time to remember, or discover, your life’s purpose.

Everyone, without exception, has come into the physical realm for a specific purpose, and ONLY YOU can know for certain what that purpose is. If you ones were to spend a fraction of the time in true self-discovery as you do trying to gather money and other material things, your world would be on a much different path of destiny than it is at present.

So, what you really need to be seeking is the answer to THE one question that you are not asking: AM I FOLLOWING MY OWN HEART; AM I TRULY ON MY PATH?

If you find yourself slipping into those restless or depressed times more often, this is a result of not following your own heart. You have probably taken your own spiritual goals—your true purpose—and put them on the back burner, while you deal with all the physical things that appear to be bombarding you on a regular basis.

The key here is to recognize when these times come. We will agree with you that it is sometimes difficult to see for yourself because you are so busy with all the distractions coming at you that you don’t even know you are slipping off your own path until things reach a crisis point and you stop dead in your tracks and say: “Whoa, what is going on here? I cannot continue down this path, but how do I fix it?”

These moments of what we will call lucidity or revelation may come as a result of a physical, mental, or emotional crisis—times when you not only feel, but KNOW, that things are just not the way they should be, that your life is off track. This is your Higher Self and/or your Guides reaching out, trying to get your attention.

Unfortunately, most of you are so caught-up in all the little dramas of your physical lives that you seldom pay attention to—or even believe in—the Guidance from the Higher Realms. But if you could just re-program yourselves, and instead of always searching the outward existence for solutions, turn inward for real self-examination, you would save yourselves much grief, and actually achieve the longterm solutions that you so desperately need and want.

The real unfortunate part is that if you continue to ignore the nudgings from your Higher Self and/or Guides, you will most likely continue to spiral down until you are at such a crisis point that you may develop severe physical, emotional, or mental problems.

Your Higher Guides will NEVER force you into anything. They are merely there as GUIDES, and will allow you to go in whatever direction you choose. If you choose to continue to ignore them, they will very obligingly allow you to develop the problems that you are setting yourself up for. They are not attached to this physical life as you are, and they understand that if you choose to continue down the path of self-destruction, you will merely leave your present physical existence and re-enter the physical third-dimensional realm at a later time.

But know this as an absolute fact: Whatever you take with you from this life will come back with you in a subsequent life. Death and subsequent reincarnation are not an escape from your problems. You cannot run from them and you cannot hide from them, as they will always be a part of you until you face them, resolve them, and more importantly, learn from them.

So when you say that you would be better off dead, don’t be so sure about that. You will only return to live again and again and again—until you finally face yourself, deal with who and what you are, and learn the spiritual lessons you desire to master.

So, now you must ask yourself some other questions:

Do I make the most of the time that I have now?

Do I stop running away, and turn and face my problems?

Do I finally reach a point where I recognize who and what I am, and walk the path that I chose before coming into this life?

Or, do I continue on as I am right now?

Ask yourself this: Am I really happy? Do I find joy in all that I am? Am I satisfied with myself ?

If you can truthfully answer “yes” to these questions, then congratulations! You are a rare person. If you answered “no” to these questions, then we urge you strongly to find out why.

One of the best ways to get over your personal “blues” is to get busy helping others. This will cause you to step outside the dramas of your own little world. And this has a cathartic effect in that, when you are focused on someone else, quite often you recognize that what you perceived as a personal problem, isn’t so much a problem after all. When you get involved in helping another, you will find that your thought processes will become more clear, and you will realize that the personal problem, you thought was so overwhelming, can be worked through very easily.

So often, when you become so self-focused, you get caught up in the mental game of “what if”. By that we mean you take every little thing and say: “But what if such and such?” Playing the “what if” game will almost always blow the situation completely out of proportion as you begin to place unrealistic suppositions into the scenario, causing you to perceive the problem to be much worse than it actually is. This is but another way that the Adversary plays with you and attempts to get you off your chosen path.

Service to others is the reason most of you (who are attracted to these messages) are in the physical on Earth today. You live in such a self-absorbed society that uses resources in the most selfish ways, and yet you have such great opportunities to serve one another. But you are so busy with jobs and families and homes and searching for all the seemingly needed physical pleasures, that you are able to close your eyes to those who are truly in need.

You, as one individual, may not be able to save the whole world. But if you, and another, and another, and another, and another were to go about helping where such is truly needed—just think where your world might be today!

The frequency of your planet is rising. This is a fact. Argue if you like, but it will not change the truth of it. This is also the reason why so many of you ones are caught-up in that mode of restlessness or unhappiness or even depression: Your Higher Self—your Divine Spirit, the Essence of who you truly are—knows and recognizes the fact that the frequency of the planet is rising, and is nudging you to get your frequency up as well. And the best way to go about raising your own frequency is to get busy on your chosen life purpose!

The numbers of people who are “diagnosed” with depression is astronomical right now. And, you ones are programmed to believe that you have a chemical imbalance in the body that is causing the depression, so you go to your doctor and get loaded-up with anti-depressive drugs. Remember, as stated earlier, your physical is but a reflection of your spirit, and your physical body may exhibit signs of a “chemical imbalance” as a reflection of your inner turmoil.

But we will tell you this as an absolute truth: The drugs are only masking the symptoms of the deeper problem. The problem is that the depression or restlessness is a physical manifestation of a problem at your spirit level. You are not working toward your life’s purpose. It boils down to one very simple statement: UNTO THINE OWN SELF BE TRUE.

Ok, so you say: that is all fine and dandy, but you have to make a living and provide a certain lifestyle and comfort level for your family; they have all these expectations of you; you have to provide your children with all the things they need and want; you have to maintain a certain quality of life that is expected of you.

And just who places all those expectations upon you? Your family? Perhaps. But why do they have all those expectations?

Is it possible that this is exactly what you have programmed them to expect from you? It is very important to recognize and understand that others only expect of you what you have programmed them to expect.

What if, at some point, you just stop and say “no” ? Will they love you any less? Will they turn away from you? If they do, then perhaps it is they who also have a great problem that needs to be worked out. Lessons, chelas [students]—it’s all about lessons for all of you!

You are never going to achieve real, longterm happiness, contentment, and self-satisfaction until you recognize that you are MUCH MORE than a physical being with physical needs. You are a spirit (the pure essence of who you are), with a soul (the interface between your spirit and your physical being), living in a physical body (the vehicle necessary to experience physical life). That is the hierarchy of who and what you are. Note that you are FIRST spirit, and LASTLY a physical body.

The idea for the physical body came FROM the spirit, not the other way around. Long before you incarnated into a physical body, you were spirit. The spirit is that part which is directly connected and linked eternally with the Source of Creation—what you might call God. The spirit is where all your energy resides, and it is from spirit that you draw the energy to even exist physically.

The purest form of energy is within each and every one of you—energy straight from the Source of Creation, energy that has the ability to create from out of the aethers or that which you have been led to believe is the “vacuum of nothingness”. Yet it is anything BUT nothingness; it is teeming with energy, untapped by most of you, for you have forgotten, there in the physical, who and what you are.

Your soul is the interface connection between spirit and physical. This interface is a two-way connection. In other words, it accepts data not only from spirit, but from the physical as well. And herein is where your problems reside.

Your world is completely out of balance. But what exactly does that mean?

Recognize that the physical universe in which you exist is one composed of duality or opposites. You have light and dark, hot and cold, sweet and sour, etc. Yet these opposites are merely two “opposite” frequencies of the same spectrum. (More technically we would say that these two opposite frequency spectrums are 180º out of phase with each other.)

At present, the scales of power on Earth are tipped in the direction of Darkness—what you would recognize as evil. True balance would mean that there is neither Light nor Dark, but rather equal parts of both. Good and evil are opposite ends (or opposite frequencies) of the same spectrum. And true balance would be equal parts of both, so that there is neither good nor evil (opposing frequencies of the same energy spectrum). It would mean the end of struggle, the end of opposition, the end of “you” versus “them”, etc.

THAT is true balance. There simply is flowing balanced energy, which does not struggle, nor try to conquer.

You see, Creation does not perceive good and evil. Creation is the purest form of energy. That energy simply creates, and does not place judgment upon whether it is good or evil. It is within your physical realm of duality that you perceive good and evil (opposite frequencies of the same spectrum).

Your spirit is one fragment of the Whole of Creation, and that spirit places no judgment of good or evil. Your soul, being the interface between the undivided (Creation) and the divided (physical realm), simply transmits data from spirit to physical and back again.

By contrast, your physical being exists in the realm of duality (divided), and so the data from physical, through the interface, is divided. But that divided data, upon reaching spirit, joins together in balanced form and is no longer divided.

The data that you receive from spirit is undivided. And when it reaches the physical realm, you, as the human in physical form, attempt to divide the energy into its dualistic form. In other words, you make judgments on whether the information is valid or invalid (good or bad). And that is at the basis of your problems.

You ask questions like: Is this good information or bad information? You attempt to judge the data, because you exist in the dualistic realm where you are accustomed to opposites. That is wherefrom comes the saying that your mind and your spirit are always at enmity (conflict), because your spirit transmits pure (undivided) energy, and your mind attempts to sort (divide) this energy. Also remember that you have a couple of very valid sayings: “a house divided cannot stand” and “divide and conquer”. Think upon these things, for in them are great truths.

Your physical mind has an extremely difficult time accepting the pure undivided energy that is flowing continuously from spirit because you live in the physical realm of duality (opposites). You have learned from birth to make judgments based upon the concept of good and bad. The reason for this is that there is such a heavy influence of Darkness (evil) upon your planet, and it is very easy to become caught in its clutches.

The ways of spirit are never self-centered, greedy, unkind, fearful, mean-spirited, lustful, or hateful. But the physical world in which you live is teeming with all these things. So you have learned to judge and be untrusting of everything—INCLUDING the information and guidance from your own Higher Self (spirit) and Guides.

Most of you have an innate sense to trust you own “gut” feelings, but because of that untrusting nature you have developed, you continually question whether what you are hearing or feeling is right or wrong. This, in turn, results in a tremendous INTERNAL turmoil, which creates a state of confusion within your mind.

It is this internal turmoil and conflict that keeps you ones from remaining focused and reaching your goals. You must develop trust in your Higher Guidance, for that part of you which is the fragment of Creator Source has access to all knowledge and all possible outcomes—past, present, and future. You ones frequently block (or better yet, are conditioned to block) your abilities and access to that knowledge by attempting to pass judgment upon the omnipotent, omnipresent, and omniscient—based on physical-realm reasoning and logic—and thus you become the house divided.

Every one of you has access to ALL knowledge, for each of you possess spirit, soul, and body. Your spirit has a continual connection to Source, and the soul interface will do its job, but your physical mind must make the request—and then be open and willing to receive the information, and NOT judge the information coming through.

You ask: “But if I do not judge the information, then how do I know it’s not coming from the Dark side?”

Well, how did you ask?

Did you just ask generically, or did you ask for an answer from the Higher Realm that is for the greater good of all?

Do you “flirt” with the Dark side, or do you ask for Lighted Protection and Guidance in discernment?

You see, any error lies not in the information, but in those who ask.

What is your most basic life principle?

What is your most basic life intent?

Is your intent for the greater good of ALL, or is your intent for the greater good of self ?

Are your principles for the greater good of ALL, or for the greater good of self ?

You see, service to the greater good of ALL is what you might refer to as a “Divine” principle. It lines up frequency-wise with the Whole of Creation, so it carries a very high vibration not penetrable by the Dark forces.

Conversely, service to self lines up frequency-wise only with self, and carries a much lower vibration that's readily accessible to Dark influence. So, with that self-centered focus, you will therefore hear (be in resonance with) the lower frequencies much more readily than the higher frequencies.

With this in mind, we think you can see that the problem lies in HOW and WHY you ask—not with the information received, for you will receive information based upon your own intent.

So, chelas [students], as always the responsibility lies with YOU, the individual. Are you content living in a world of unbalanced power and continual turmoil and conflict, at both the global level and the personal level? Or, would you rather live in a world where there is a balance of power and a lack of turmoil and conflict? See, the choices are ALWAYS your own.

We will bring this to a close, as we have left you ones with quite a lot to mull over and digest for this time. Remember this, however: that as the frequency of your planet rises, you ones who are struggling with your spiritual walk will encounter more and more opportunities for lessons. You can either choose to handle them all alone, or with the aid and assistance of the Whole of Creation.

Learn to trust yourself. It is completely up to you.
