Washington DC has been on fire these past few weeks with rumors and gossip surrounding the WhistleBlower and their identity, an identity that may now be known. The story isn't over yet and no one is certain as to what is really going on right now, but here is what we know about who the WhistleBlower might be:

1.) CIA

One thing that is certain about the WhistleBlower is that he is a CIA analyst that was tasked to work at the White House but after filing the complaint he was reassigned and is most likely back at the CIA. With this information, Real Clear Investigationsattempted to find a name that matches this description.

2.) Eric Ciaramella

Eric Ciaramella, this is the name of the suspected WhistleBlower. He matches the description to a T. Although it is unconfirmed, many in the beltway believe this to be the WhistleBlower that two months ago filled the complaint against Trump over his call to Ukraine.

3.) Illegitimacy of WhistleBlower report

The reason many publications are releasing the name of the individual in question is that the WhistleBlower report may be illegitimate due to the fact it was based on a second-hand account and not a first hand one. This factored in with the fact that the election is coming up adds further doubt to the legitimacy of the report itself.

4.) Registered Democrat

The suspected WhistleBlower is a registered Democrat who is a holdover from the Obama White House. This further adds to the possible illegitimacy of the report considering the massive political divide in America today.

5.) National Security Council Drama

The suspected WhistleBlower was removed from the National Security Council in 2017 due to suspicion that he was orchestratingleaks to the media. A source from within the NSC stated that the suspected WhistleBlower was removed for working against the administration as well.

6.) Adam Schiff Meeting

The Suspected WhistleBlower allegedly sought guidance from Democrat Adam Schiff. This WhistleBlower report goes against everything WhistleBlowers are supposed to do, the manner it was reported in and everything before points to it being a very political report as opposed to one based on concerns over legality.
