The reality is: CAFR accounting is a well managed collective wealth base of unequaled proportions for the inside players.

It allowed for the almost complete systematic takeover of the wealth and ownership of a nation (USA) and other nations from across the globe over the last few decades. Done right under the noses of the population, as the population was entertained into distraction off in La La land at their expense, loss of ownership, and severe personal detriment.

Mr. Smith wants to go to Washington was a 1939 Jimmy Stewart classic movie. If you never watched it, I suggest when you get a chance you do.

The funding request made by CAFR1 is for Walter Burien - CAFR1 to go to Washington for an extended trip to address the Senate and House in open session.

The presentation by CAFR1 will be qualifying governments collective wealth and in as such the creation of the TRF funding principle to start the process of ending all taxation in and for local and federal government nationally.

Funding may come from one individual or it may come from many. The bottom line here is: Can Walter Burien - CAFR1 change the course of the country for the great benefit of one and all? Yes, he can if adequately funded and sponsored to do so.

I personally always like to include in my writings: "The CAFR is similar to a corporation or personal Statement of net worth that has developed over decades if not over centuries" whereas the budget reports we have been almost exclusively fed is a 1-year projection of cost and revenue applied as a limited and selective presentation document. A budget compared to the showing in the same local government's CAFR is pale in comparison.

"What the hell are we being taxed for?" The answer there comes quickly.. Greed and opportunity unrestrained, and the power bases being built and standing for the inside players wealth creation.

"Information management" played out across the country as a control tool to direct the population within controlled selective presentation is alive and well in unequaled proportions due to the money involved.

But then our local and federal governments have collective trillion dollar budgets / resources and the best marketing; psychological; email lists; cooperatives; a preconditioned population; and market analytical data that money can buy.

A small and consistent stream of water (CAFR1 disclosure) and affirmative action moving up stream against in comparison the Mississippi river, and still moving upstream after 12-years is an amazing "accomplishment". Most others that have tried in any respect swimming against that current have been washed out to sea after very short periods of time. (Hey, I guess that means I and the others that now have learned are mighty Salmon :<)

That 5% mark of the population always stood out in my mind and effort. In reality, 5% of the population organized with focus can very easily redirect the Mississippi or any other waterway to any path of flow they desired.

I backed off from doing radio shows five years ago. I was getting tiered of in so many words "entertaining the listeners."

I did over 500 radio shows from 1998 to 2007 reaching probably over 35 to 50 million individuals. Disclosure was happening but effective action to modify was not. My focus shifted to the aspect of modification and thus the disclosure then focused around the TRF (Tax Retirement Funds) implementation.

If I did a thousand radio shows per the TRF in the last year it would have been counter productive. The reason being: If the boys said they were going to do it based on pressure from the population it would be a 100% guaranteed that what was implemented "by them" would be 100% different than what was intended and the beat goes on.

I made the determination that it was essential to get "one" local venue up and running under the specific and binding terms of the intent of TRF funding management with what I have developed as the 12-points (written in stone) with each point making (mandated under specific and e-revokable terms) the population the "First Line Beneficiary" of the wealth involved.

My first attempt last year was to get county commissioners elected to a target county in Montana with the intent of making this happen. Well, they did not get elected. So, I now have focused on moving forward with a group of elected County Commissioners that want to implement.

The county is a small population county in the South East. So far they are receptive and there is a good chance they will move forward to implement. I may not be able to get all 12-points firmly rooted but I shall try and should know if success is there in the next 30-days.

The good point is: If successful in implementing the first, the subsequent venues I will have greater leverage with to firmly root the12-points of the TRF government funding management principle.

This week, I have sent out a pitch to the CAFR1 email list for my year end funding drive. In it I have made a pitch for a sponsor(s) to kick up 40K with it noted: Mr. Smith wants to go toWashington (that old classic movie with Jimmy Stewart).

I have the email addresses of all US Senators and their financial aids and will be sending them a personal and to the point email requesting sponsorship to address the Senate for 1-hour in open session. Hope to get 2or 3 sponsors.

Well, if I get that 1-hour, I guarantee I will have their 100% undivided attention and you will be able to hear a pin drop. While out in DC, I will attempt to get 1-hour before the House during open session / other committees also.

Available to them at that point will be the knowledge that all taxation can be ended; why it should be; and in consequence for doing so, having a very prosperous economy with all being on the same page: The population; industrial and financial cartels; and government administration.

The 40K is 20K to make the trip and 20K for carry-through after the trip. Will target being there for two weeks. Mr. Smith (Walter Burien - CAFR1) wants to go to Washington.

The ball should be in motion at that time for "game on".

That is what I have on the drawing board so I guess it is time to find out how really good of an artist I am.
