With all the news leading to the midterm election this past weekend and into the early part of this week, it's possible you missed what I consider to be one of the most important alerts that I'll ever sent out. Whether you are new to our family, or have been with us for years, this is a message EVERY Grassfire member must read. Please see below and consider taking immediate action to fight back against this heinous anti-American attack.

Over the weekend, ISIS hackers, calling for the elimination of America attacked Grassfire and LibertyNEWS.com websites in a blatant effort to take Grassfire down. ISIS hackers conducted what is called a DNS (denial of service) attack and also directly went after the domains of several Grassfire websites. While our main sites were protected, ISIS temporarily took control of a few of our support websites, posting anti-America propaganda on them.

 

Our IT team worked all weekend to fight off the attacks and regain control of the sites that were most effected. Thanks to their hard work, we fought off this ISIS attack.

 

But in light of this attack by the barbaric terror group, I need your help.

 

It's clear Grassfire was targeted because we're one of the largest and most outspoken voices for liberty on the Internet. In October alone, our sites saw more than three million page views. We also have one of the largest footprints in social media (about two million strong on Facebook alone). And Grassfire has been among the most active in exposing radical Islam and the ISIS threat, as well as rallying support for the victims of ISIS who are suffering so greatly in Iraq.
