Aug 20, 2015 — Today we declare a partial victory, as California Gov. Jerry Brown signed the California MJIA. This bill takes military sexual assault cases in the CA National Guard and Reserves out of the Chain of Command.

This proves that we are on the right track. As we are in the election cycle and as members of Congress are having town hall meetings all across the Nation, let them know that the MJIA is a must. Let them know that we are watching them and watching how they vote on all Veteran issues. And don't forget that each state should follow in the footsteps of California.
