Americans as a whole, seldom if ever,  take responsibility for their own thoughts, words, and actions -- and only seem to be at all interested in doing so from a causative standpoint -- when something comes along, or happens to them, that interrupts their Intravenous Flow of Entertainment, Drugs, Alcohol, Food, Water, Sex, and Social Networking, such that when the mix of any one of these vital nutrients becomes out of ratio with the other, then, and only then, will you find the average brain-dead American looking out their front-room window to see what might be going on.
