Planned Parenthood (PP) took more than 80 million tax dollars during the small business bailouts. Nothing about this national corporation is small. It has nearly 2 BILLION dollars in assets. In 43 states across America, this bloody business carried on as usual during COVID-19.

In addition, PP is renowned for a complete lack of sanitation. It has zero capacity for social distancing during an abortion procedure. Yet at the same time that it kept operating, cancer treatments had been suspended, kidney transplants had been canceled, heart surgery was delayed, and people were being forced to use broken bones that needed surgery to heal—and yet abortions were declared "essential."

Instead of money going to 37 abortion clinics, this money should have gone to legitimate small businesses that were tottering on the edge of closing. This abortion giant shoved these legitimate businesses to the side while grabbing as many of your tax dollars as it could get.

There is talk on Capitol Hill about politely asking for this money back, but the terms of the loan are at a 1% interest rate for five years. However, we believe there is a strong case that Planned Parenthood may have used false pretenses to obtain this money illegally. If convicted, that carries a punishment of five years in jail.

It's time to hold this abortion giant accountable and, if fraud is found, prosecute them to the full extent the law allows. If we as a nation allow this, it will enable countless additional murders of innocent children. Now is the moment to demand Congress take action and uphold justice. One of the biggest single chunks of money was 7.5 million dollars awarded to the California Planned Parenthood of Orange and San Bernardino Counties. To put this in perspective, if a mom puts the wrong residency address on a government school form to get her kid in a different public school, she can be punished with up to 20 years in prison for simply redirecting where the money goes to educate her child.

In contrast, there are indications that PP may have flat out lied to take 80 million dollars for which it was not eligible under any circumstance. Their actions are much worse and should be punished accordingly.

While the rest of America was working together to save lives, PP was lying to the feds, stealing from taxpayers, and killing the youngest citizens of our nation. Send your fax today to make sure our national leaders will pursue justice to the full extent of the law.

In the state of New York, more than 100,000 small businesses have given up hope and permanently closed their doors. "Non-essential" businesses have waited more than two whole months for the state's shutdown to be lifted. And those that haven't closed permanently are still waiting. Thanks to Planned Parenthood's greed, it's highly likely that some of these businesses didn't get the help they needed, when they needed it, to be able to stay open.

This will have a huge impact on our nation. Small businesses employ nearly half of all the workforce in America. These are the American employers that PP shoved to the side to take tax dollars for themselves. It is time to make Planned Parenthood pay up for the damage they caused to these businesses across America.

Meanwhile on Capitol Hill, our staff has been fighting another threat. The U.S. House recently passed a bill that includes additional increases in funding for Planned Parenthood. They named this radical 3-trillion-dollar legislation the "HEROES Act."

Recently, sources confirmed that our organization's position has been heard and the Senate will not take up this bill. This is great news for America's preborn and America's taxpayers!
