Planned Parenthood has about 700 facilities nationwide. One of their national staff members was an abortionist who performed abortions on babies who were several weeks past the point of viability outside the womb.

She was caught on tape talking about how she alters the abortion procedure to get better organ samples. “You’re just kind of cognizant of where you put your graspers, you try to intentionally go above and below the thorax ... I’m gonna basically crush below, I’m gonna crush above, and I’m gonna see if I can get it all intact.”

She discusses the murder of an innocent little baby who is perfectly capable of living outside the womb... all between her bites of salad and sips of wine.

When these videos first came to light, Congress referred Planned Parenthood to law enforcement for prosecution, and four years later not a single one of their employees has even faced charges.

This is sickening and outrageous! Will you send an urgent message to Congress to create punishments for those who dissect these little babies while alive outside the womb?

Now, Congress is even backing away from the short stand they took. Members are trying to cover for Planned Parenthood. The Born Alive Act will give punishments to medical staff who neglect, abuse, or actively murder newborn babies after a failed abortion. And even a lot of “moderate” Democrats in the House are refusing to support it.

But the U.S. Congress isn’t the only government body looking the other way. In California, the attorney general tasked a whole team of government lawyers to punish this whistleblower with trumped up “criminal” charges. My team just finished weeks of work in the courtroom to defend Sandra and we will receive that verdict later this month.

That trial exposed that someone would be jailed if they treated a mouse the way these companies are treating newborn baby humans with beating hearts, who are long past viability outside the womb. But even that earth-shaking revelation is not enough to give Planned Parenthood pause.

Now, just a few days after wrapping up one case, Planned Parenthood is dragging Sandra Merritt back into court again, this time for a civil case where they are trying to claim she “trespassed” ...for accepting a personal invitation into their office.

What Planned Parenthood is making off these mothers and their newborn babies is not enough; now they are hoping to claim a “pound of flesh” from Sandra Merritt as well.

Planned Parenthood feels that they have Congress’s support. And for the moment, they are right. Will you send a critical message to our legislators to end this? LCA has created a targeted list of those who are the most sympathetic to stopping this outrageous execution.
