Portugal cuts drug addiction by a full FIFTY percent!!

Portugal's President explains how his country cut drug addiction in half:  "We decriminalized all drugs and treat addiction as a public health issue instead of a crime--the opposite of what America does."

...but lobbyists for the privately owned American prisons -- and the prison guards union, control our Congress people and GROW the prison population ... and the American public merely complains about higher taxes but are too lazy and/or dumb to replace their Congress critters.
