Open dialogues addressing issues at their fundamental origination point have a very strong possibility of exposing real solutions.
Dialogues addressing results and not cause never resolve anything!
A few question points for your comments and discussion among your compatriots.
1. Are the Peoples Constitutions contracts?
a. If so, who are the parties?
b. Are the contracts valid?
c. If not why not?
d. If the contracts are valid, did they create governments.
e. If the contracts are not valid and did-not create governments who created them as they operate now?
f. If the contracts are not valid and did-not create governments, why do so many alleged public servants refer to the Constitutions as the source of their authorities? Particularly the courts?
2. The constitution documents, both state and federal, admit the good People as the source and authority for their construction from day one, July 4, 1776.
a. Are the source, those people at the time of construction documents, the Grantors of government powers, the Bailors of their private property, political will, placing their property in trust for administration by the entities, governments, created by the contracts? If not why not?
b. Are constitutions the contracts the terms and conditions to which all public servant, administrators, pledge their personal word to serve specifically?
c. When an individual assumes the position of public servant, did they accept attachment of all their personal assets as the bond, the surety, and guarantor position, to their fidelity of service?
d. Who is identified in the contract constitutions as the Beneficiaries of those contracts?
e. Are those creating the contract constitutions, the good People, the Depositing Creditor to all government powers? If not why not?
f. When a live flesh and blood being creates a legal entity or a chair, or cuts a tree on their private property, are they the owner of the entity or chair or tree?
3. Are the documents creating governments, political jurisdictions authorized to wield legalized force, closed documents? If closed, where is that writing?
a. If the founding documents do-not declare a closing or termination date, or specifically limit who is a Grantor, Bailor, Beneficiary or Depositing Creditor, are they open to joinder? If not why not.
b. Can a dead man bind you, now, in the present, to his contracts yesterday?
c. If the contract constitutions and other founding documents are not closed, does any American, born on the soil of American parents, have the absolute right to sign on to those documents? If not why not?
d. If an individual American signs on to the founding documents, now, today, do they ratify completely their position and powers as principal, Grantor, Bailor, Beneficiary, Depositing Creditor, to all government powers and operations? If not why not?
e. If an individual American signs on to the founding documents, now, today, and creates a public record, through the mechanisms currently in place, is that public record deniable by any government agent?
f. Are public records clarifying the contractual legal relationships between the People and those claiming to serve the People through public servants positions, ENFORCEABLE CONTRACTS??? If not why not?
4. If all governments are pieces of paper with words defining terms and conditions of existence, and operation, actuated by live beings, are the governments created by he People the problem or the solution?
a. Is blaming an artificial person, government, for our country’s massive confusions like blaming the inanimate lump of machined metal, A GUN, for the triggering the bullet that kills?
b. Is the real problem creating all the confusions resulting in the massive corruption now being exposed, CROOKED MEN, also known as the SWAMP and DEEP STATE???
THE ULTIMATE POINT!
Since when, under what mechanism:
a. That addresses only results ever solve a problem?
b. That fails to identify the source of a problem ever have a hope to resolve the problem?
WHO IS ULTIMATELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR PROPERTY OR PROPERTY RIGHT TRESPASSING ON OR HARMING ANOTHER?
IF AN AMERICAN CAN-NOT OR FAILS TO IDENTIFY AND PROVE THEIR LEGAL RELATIONSHIP TO AND WITH GOVERNMENT DOES THAT INDIVIDUAL ADMITT AND CONFESS TO PERSONAL SUBJECT STATUS TO GOVERNMENT ACTORS?
IF ONE BELIEVES THEY ARE A SUBECT TO CORRUPT GOVERNMENT MINIONS ARE THEY SLAVES IN THEIR OWN MINDS AND HEARTS QUALIFYING AS VOLUNTARY SERVANTS?
Does the term “criminal negligence” apply in many many discussions revolving around government operations from all positions?
Since when is ignorance of the law a valid defense?
