Yesterday, the Supreme Court upheld Arizona's law that bans ballot harvesting and requires a voter to cast a vote on Election Day at a designated precinct.

Congressional Democrats are outraged. Their election fraud bills would legalize massive ballot harvesting. They are now pressing the "John Lewis Voting Rights Act" (JL Act) that will destroy future elections.

This past Tuesday, the House Judiciary Committee held a last-minute hearing to push the JL Act. This bill is far worse than HR 1.

We must flood both the HOUSE and SENATE with faxes to demand they VOTE NO on the JL Act. — Mat

In the majority opinion, Justice Samuel Alito wrote, "Casting a vote ... requires compliance with certain rules. ... Mere inconvenience cannot be enough to demonstrate a violation. ... "

The Court upheld the law that allows only specific persons such as family and household members, caregivers, mail carriers and election officials to deliver another person's ballot. Around 20 states limit ballot collection by third parties, and most require voters to vote in a designated precinct.

Alito wrote, "A State indisputably has a compelling interest in preserving the integrity of its election process. Limiting the classes of persons who may handle early ballots to those less likely to have ulterior motives deters potential fraud and improves voter confidence."

This ruling is focused on the current Voting Rights Act of 1965. This is the law Democrats want to change. We must not allow them to destroy America by legalizing massive voter fraud.

Democrats are irate. Biden said he was "deeply disappointed" in the "broad assault against voting rights." He continued, "The attack we are seeing today makes clearer than ever that additional laws are needed." This "puts the burden back on Congress."

Democrats in the House and Senate will push even harder to pass the horrific JL Act so they can strangle America and control future elections. We have expanded our faxes and petitions to both the HOUSE and the SENATE. Demand the House and Senate STOP! Vote NO on the JL Act.

Democrats have a long history of restricting access to the ballot box. Outraged by the many new black voters winning elections to Congress as Republicans after the Civil War, Democrats tried to rig elections with the Jim Crow laws. Now they are falsely using race to press for laws that will legalize massive fraud and empower Democrats to dominate the House, the Senate and the White House.

Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-NY), speaking about the Democrat voting bill, told CNN, "If we deliver, we maintain power in 2022. If we don't ... we risk losing power and risk this moment to really push a progressive agenda."

We must flood both the HOUSE and SENATE with faxes and petitions to demand they fight the JL Act.

There is a huge battle brewing in Arizona regarding election integrity. The Democrat National Committee and the Department of Justice (DOJ) both have teamed up against Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich to stop the recount.

The Arizona AG issued a scathing letter to the DOJ that demanded the state to stop the audit. He said, "Your statements displayed an alarming disdain for state sovereignty as defined under the 10th Amendment of the United States Constitution. ... It is important to remember that the states created the federal government, not the other way around. ... Today, our federal government has largely forgotten the Founders' intent, but my office has not. ... Arizona will not sit back and let the Biden administration abuse its authority, refuse to uphold laws, or attempt to commandeer our state's sovereignty."

However, the JL Act will strip states of this sovereignty. It automatically registers every person 16 and older to vote, even if they are not citizens; prevents photo ID requirements; threatens five years in prison and 100,000 dollars in fines to any election official who questions the legitimacy of a ballot; and much more.

Worse, the JL Act would empower the DOJ to stop the Arizona audit and to stop every state recount or election reform law.

Independence Day reminds us of the fight for freedom. The fight does not end with one fax or one petition. A soldier does not engage in just one fight The soldier fights to the finish—and fights to win. So must we fight today for freedom. Send your urgent faxes to BOTH THE HOUSE AND SENATE to demand this destructive bill be stopped.

Many states are drawing a red line against election fraud and federal overreach. We must empower the states to be the red lines of freedom. The JL Act would empower the Biden DOJ to control every election, and thus control America. As we approach Independence Day, join with me in this fight for freedom.

So far, we have frustrated this radical agenda. Do not get weary. Together, we can win if we do not give up. Give today to become a part of our Challenge Grant and DOUBLE the impact of your donation.

Speaking to the Israelites, the Bible says, "when you relied on the Lord, he delivered them into your hand. For the eyes of the Lord range throughout the earth to strengthen those whose hearts are fully committed to him" (2 Chron. 16:8b-9a). Join me in calling to the Lord for His deliverance of our nation.

The JL Act is even worse than HR 1—and far more dangerous. It can come up in the House or the Senate. Send a fax directly to the members of the House and Senate to stop the JL Act.

Then sign our petition against this legislation. God's blessings on you.
