The 2020 fight isn’t over. No matter what happens with Trump and Biden, there is still a lot on the line.

One of the biggest fights is over control of the Senate. Two seats from Georgia will face runoff elections in January.

The secretary of state has previously denied the accusations brought up by President Trump and his team. This Republican has even ignored calls by Trump to take certain steps to verify the 2020 results.

But he can’t ignore real threats of abuse that have happened. And he’s worried about the great lengths some Democrats are taking to sway the runoffs:

Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger on Monday said his office is investigating more than 250 claims of voting irregularities connected with the November election…

He said his office’s 23 investigators are also continuing to look into allegations of problems with absentee ballots, as well as claims of people who voted twice, people who cast a ballot in a dead person’s name, and non-residents who voted in Georgia.

Although denying what Trump has said about widespread abuse and irregularities in the 2020 Election, Raffensperger was forced to admit his office is conducting 250 investigations.

He said that there are legitimate claims of people who might have voted twice, people using dead persons’ names, and non-Georgia residents voting.

Raffensperger also worried about attempts by activist groups to get non-residents registered to vote for the upcoming runoff.

Isn’t this interesting, Brad? You ignore what Trump has said about threats to Georgia’s democracy. Yet your office is nearly overwhelmed with reports, cases, and investigations into the very thing Trump was warning about.

It’s almost as if… Trump was right. And Raffensperger did a poor job protecting the election integrity of the state.

If Raffensperger is willing to admit there are this many cases going on, why isn’t he working with the GOP and Trump to verify other allegations?

The presidency—and Georgia election integrity—is on the line. Why not do everything in your power to root out wrongdoing?

Because if he doesn’t, the state will find somebody who will.
