An informative new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting the German government seizing control of Gazprom Germania, a subsidiary of the Russian energy giant Gazprom, that operates some of Germany’s largest natural gas storage facilities, says in quick response President Putin warned: “We’re already hearing announcements coming from some officials about the possible nationalization of some of our assets…Well, this can be taken very far… Let no one forget that this is a double-edged weapon”—a warning Germany met by declaring 40 Russian diplomats as “undesirable persons”, saying they have five days to leave the country, which caused Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova to factually observe: “Over the last decades, the collective West has begun to use the declaration of Russian diplomats as personae non gratae, that is, imposing sanctions on them, isolating them from the opportunity to work in the region they had studied as a tool not of diplomatic work, but of information and political attack”.

In the latest Western colonial attack against Russia, this report notes, the United States stopped the Russian government from paying holders of its sovereign debt more than $600 million from reserves held at American banks—were interest payments on long and short term Russian government bonds owed to Western banks and financial institutions, however, the Ministry of Finance quickly paid with gold-backed Russian Rubles, and whose statement reads: “In this regard, the Russian Finance Ministry was forced to use the services of a Russian financial institution to make the necessary payments…On 4 April 2022, the Russian Finance Ministry transferred funds to NBCO JSC 'National Settlement Depository' to make the said payments in the currency of the Russian Federation at the official exchange rate of the Bank of Russia as of 4 April 2022 in accordance with the decree of the president of Russia dated 5 March to the accounts of its depository clients for settlements with all holders of these debt instruments”.

While viewing what is now being called the “Boomerang Effect” of these Western colonial sanctions against Russia, this report continues, it caused European Union foreign policy chief Josep Borrell to state: “The ruble has shown a strong resistance capacity…Putin now insists that they pay him for gas in rubles to maintain the currency…We’ll see what happens”—a statement joined with Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki having declared: “I must say this very clearly: The sanctions we have imposed so far don’t work…The best evidence is the ruble exchange rate”—a declaration now joined by NATO member European Union nation Hungary saying it has no problem of paying for Russian natural gas in Rubles—today sees the NATO member European Union nation of Slovakia also agreeing to pay for Russian natural gas in Rubles--  today sees it being reported: “Russian stocks climbed after a short-lived slide in early trading on Wednesday, brushing off reports of new Western sanctions against Moscow on top of unprecedented punitive measures already imposed”—and today it sees Germany admitting that the European Union has almost no sanctions left against Russia.

In spiteful demonic rage over their failing sanctions, this report notes, the Western colonial powers are now planning to sanction President Putin’s two oldest daughters Maria Putina and Katerina Tikhonova from his previous marriage, neither of whom have ever worked for the government or any sanctioned company—is socialist insanity matched by the European Union and America placing sanctions on Russian coal yesterday, whose immediate effect of threatens the global supply of coal, and skyrocketed its prices 14% making even more money for the Kremlin—all of which comes at the same time Bloomberg economic experts are reporting: “With current sanctions in place, substantial inflows of hard currency into Russia look set to continue...Russia will get an estimated $321 billion in energy exports in 2022, marking a surge of more than a third compared to last year...The single biggest driver of Russia’s current account surplus continues to look solid”.

Added to this Western colonial sanctions lunacy, this report details, yesterday it saw US Secretary of State Antony Blinken revealing: “I have authorized the immediate drawdown of security assistance valued at up to $100 million to meet Ukraine’s urgent need for additional anti-armor systems”—a revelation quickly met by American defense experts pointing out such truths like: “If more weapons were the answer, the conflict would have been resolved years ago... The US has already allocated $2.7 billion to Ukraine over the last eight years, long before the current war”—and in response to it saw Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Zhao Lijian factually observing: “If the United Sates really wants to promote a de-escalation of the situation in Ukraine, it should stop adding fuel to the fire, abandon the cudgel of sanctions, refrain from coercive words and actions and truly encourage peace and talks”.

As the rest of the world not influenced by Western colonial lying war propaganda knows full well, this report notes, actual peace in Ukraine is something the United States has never wanted—a fact best exampled by United States Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Mark Milley, who predicted in early February that a Russian invasion of Ukraine could take Kyiv in just 72 hours—a fairy tale predication standing opposed to the “Special De-Nazification Operation”, whose plainly stated goal is liberate Ukraine from the Nazi forces committing genocide against the Russian speaking peoples in the Donbass region since 2014, and to degrade the Ukrainian military forces supporting them, but never planned to conquer Kiev or topple its government—in knowing this truth, yesterday it saw Chairman-General Milley seeking to expand this conflict with his declaration: “We are now facing two global powers: China and Russia, each with significant military capabilities, both who intend to fundamentally change the rules-based current global order…We are entering a world that is becoming more unstable and the potential for significant international conflict is increasing, not decreasing”—a declaration swiftly joined by United States Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen proclaiming: “Russia’s actions represent an unacceptable affront to the rules-based, global order, and will have enormous economic repercussions in Ukraine and beyond”—at the same time America is preparing to engage itself in a global conflict to maintain its failing hegemony, it sees the Wall Street Journal reporting: “A recent poll suggests that a plurality of young people would flee from war if it came to the United States...Worth noting is that it costs nothing to give a patriotic answer to a survey question...If a land invasion of the United States were to occur, we should probably expect an even higher percentage to flee”—and about the Russian peoples in regards to this conflict, today sees it being accurately observed: “Society will mostly blame the West, not the Kremlin…Sanctions will only fuel anti-Western sentiment...The whole cancel culture aspect solidifies this even further...People will not accept a situation where they are being humiliated for simply being Russian”.

Quickly joining Chairman-General Milley and Secretary Yellen to expand this conflict, this report continues, yesterday it saw NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg declaring that NATO is now targeting China, with him stating: “China’s growing influence and coercive policies on the global stage pose a systemic challenge to our security and to our democracies”—and while watching NATO already crashing into reality as it confronts Russia, it caused Bruce Gagnon of the World Without War organization to most factually note: “Everything about NATO is hypocritical...They declare they are a 'peace alliance' yet their history is nothing but war...Yugoslavia, Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, Syria and now Ukraine all reveal that NATO is in fact the pirate forces of corporate globalization...NATO's job is to force submission to western corporate demands”.

With the entire Western colonial leftist media establishment colluding together to whitewash and suppress all true knowledge about the Nazi forces in Ukraine, even to the point of them using the same talking points, quotes and experts, this report continues, this vile act doesn’t surprise those Americans knowing the truths documented in articles like “The Media Is The Number One Cause Of War Since 1898”—neither does it surprise Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova, who this morning branded the Western media as an accomplice to the Bucha Crime, and in response to the Western colonial media spectacle displayed yesterday at the United Nations, stated: “The discussion in the UN Security Council showed that our Western colleagues shied away from analysing the flagrant inconsistencies in the footage from Bucha that was shown by their media...They were not going to discuss anything from that footage, they simply made their accusatory statements and wanted to close the topic”.

Otherwise known as the “Magic Massacre” committed in Bucha-Ukraine and blamed on Russia, but whose real perpetrators of were the Nazi forces in Ukraine that vowed to “lead the White races of the world in a final crusade”, this report notes, the fake graves in Bucha are being ignored because the collective West simply shut its eyes and ears with blinders and does not want to listen about anything—in quick response to the Foreign Ministry posting the true facts about Bucha with documented facts and evidence, leftist American messaging giant Twitter immediately deleted it, which caused the Ministry to post the warning: “The post was flagged as ‘offensive’ and the users’ access to it was hindered to the maximum extent...Such a restriction was applied to the Foreign Ministry’s verified account for the first time since it was created in 2011...We demand that the US social network immediately restore access to the aforesaid publication...It is essential to rule out biased approach to content moderation on its resources in the future...Otherwise, Twitter will gain notoriety as an accomplice of the Kiev regime’s atrocities”.

Shortly after Russian human rights ombudsman Tatiana Moskalkova pledged to investigate information that some Crimean officers, held captive in Ukraine have been allegedly designated by the Kiev authorities as “unexchangeable” and could even be subject to execution, with her stating: “I will check, make inquiries with the Ukrainian side, check with international bodies”, this report concludes, Colonel-General Mikhail Mizintsev, the chief of the Russian Joint Coordination Headquarters for Humanitarian Response in Ukraine and the chief of the National Defense Management Center, beyond shockingly revealed: “The Kiev authorities are convincing Western countries to urge the International Committee of the Red Cross to drop attempts to receive permission to visit Russian prisoners of war”—a shock revelation coming after the Nazi forces in Ukraine proclaimed they have  “the full moral right to calmly and without any reflection kill Russians everywhere in the world for an unlimited length of time in maximum numbers”—a proclamation of genocide now joined with the horrific video of Ukrainian Nazi troops systematically executing wounded Russian POWs while  shouting “Glory to Ukraine! Glory to Heroes!”, a slogan belonging to World War II Nazi collaborators which has been adopted by the country’s military – and then discuss what gear they could loot from the corpses—a horrific video now joined with one showing a Ukrainian Nazi demon brutally murdering a bound young bound Russian solider who screams for life—and also joins the heartbreaking videos of Ukrainian Nazi forces beating senseless bound Russian POWs and shooting them in their legs.  [Note: Some words and/or phrases appearing in quotes in this report are English language approximations of Russian words/phrases having no exact counterpart.]
