Attorney General William Barr is on a roll like no one has ever seen.

After destroying the Democrats’ narrative on Russian collusion, Barr has decided to go on offense.

And he’s about to score his first major victory of the year that could change America forever.

Attorney General William Barr is quickly emerging as the biggest thorn in Nancy Pelosi’s side.

Barr was confirmed to the office of AG amidst a massive Democratic plot to delay or derail his confirmation.

But since taking office, he’s only further proved why Democrats fought so hard to defeat him when they could.

Barr was critical in bringing the phony Russian collusion conspiracy theory to a quick end after Special Counsel Robert Mueller concluded there was no collusion between the Russian government and the Trump presidential campaign in 2016.

And Barr has fought back ferociously against Democrats who seek to drag the story out even longer.

But his days of playing defense are now over.

Barr is now looking to take the fight to Democrats like never before.

Fox News reports, “The U.S. Justice Department said Sunday it is seeking a new legal team in its efforts to add a citizenship question on the 2020 census after the Supreme Court temporarily blocked its inclusion. A senior DOJ official told Fox News that Burnham had no objections to handling these cases going forward, but thought it made sense to have a new legal team at this stage of the litigation.”

Adding a question to the census about citizenship could have massive implications for the future of the country.

And Barr knows it too.

That’s why he’s working overtime to make sure that Pelosi and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer don’t get their way and destroy Trump’s plans to add the question to the census.

Fox News adds, “The DOJ is expected to file court papers…showing that a new team of lawyers will take over, said department spokeswoman Kerri Kupec.”

“As will be reflected in filings tomorrow in the census-related cases, the Department of Justice is shifting these matters to a new team of Civil Division lawyers going forward,” Kupec said.

As Attorney General of the United States, one of Barr’s biggest jobs is overseeing the Department of Justice and ensuring that work like this gets executed properly.

And with court battles and political drama across Washington playing out as Democrats scramble to find a way to stop the citizenship question from being added, Barr has decided to hunker down and continue his work on making sure it’s ready for next year’s census.

“President Donald Trump said last week that he was ‘very seriously’ considering an executive order to get the question on the form. The government has already started to print the census questionnaire without the question,” concludes Fox News.

If the citizenship question does get added to the census, the political impact could be severe.

Democrats would lose out the most from such a question, as many Democratic congressional districts would have to grow in size if illegal aliens weren’t counted in the census.

This would make it easier for Republicans to retake the House of Representatives and give Republican-leaning states more electoral college votes when electing the President.
