Since I last wrote you about the dramatic bee die-offs, my colleagues and I have been hard at work.

In just a few short weeks, on April 10 and 14, we will go to court in two separate cases: to appeal the EPA’s approval of the toxic pesticide sulfoxaflor, shown to kill honeybees, and to stop the widespread use of other bee-killing pesticides.

My team is doing everything it can, but this fight against dirty chemical companies is a long-term battle that won’t end overnight. We need you by our side!

To help us take on long-term fights like this and win, a longtime Earthjustice supporter is offering to match your monthly gift $1-for-$1 for one year—up to a total of $25,000—if you give by midnight, March 31.

The courts are our last line of defense for bees. The president has yet to address the problem and the Environmental Protection Agency just announced that it will delay any regulatory decisions on toxic bee-killing pesticides until at least 2016.

This is a battle that can’t wait! We will continue to do everything we can, but as a nonprofit, we can’t do our critical work without you.

Help us see this and other emergency battles through with a monthly gift in the next three days, and your gift will be matched over the next year.

A world without bees is unimaginable. And with your help, we won’t let it happen.

We’re fighting in court to save bees and stop toxic pesticides—but we need your help in the next three days!

Help us fight back! Make a monthly gift by midnight, March 31 and your next 12 gifts will be matched $1-for-$1.

Thank you for all that you do,
