WE have more active litigation than any other organization RIGHT NOW to fight for wild horses and burros. We were the FIRST to file against the Nevada Association of Counties (NACO) suit to remove and destro wild horses! We are fighting for YOUR First Amendment Rights! We are fighting for unjustified removals and against inhumane treatment.
But plain and simple, if we are going to be effective we need your help. We are NOT a large organization with corportae sponsorship or celebrity endorsements. We have been YOUR voice. Your donations have enabled us to gain the first court orders in history to inhumane treatment. We have gained precedential language against running foals during foaling season.
