Subject: Sarah Palin's Bloody Wolf-Killing Legacy

Are your sick of watching Sarah Palin rewrite history as she crisscrosses the country to sell her new book?

Help me expose the truth about Sarah Palin’s bloody wolf record -- nationally and every place she visits -- and build support for legislation to stop senseless aerial wolf-killing programs in Alaska.

Even as Palin chases the spotlight, wolves in Alaska are running for their lives -- pursued by gunners in low-flying aircraft as part the senseless and unscientific aerial wolf-killing programs that Palin championed as governor.

Patrick, concerned people like you helped Defenders of Wildlife Action Fund stop Palin in last year’s election. Now I need your help to call her out on distorting the facts about aerial wolf killing… and erase her legacy of baseless wolf slaughter.

Help Defenders of Wildlife Action Fund spread the truth about Palin’s aerial wolf-killing programs, pass federal legislation to put an end to the killing in Alaska and save other imperiled wildlife.

Sarah Palin may no longer be governor of Alaska, but she still exerts plenty of influence.

The former governor’s autobiography -- co-written with conservative author Lynn Vincent -- currently tops Amazon.com’s best-selling books list. [1] In communities across the country, crowds are lining up around the block to hear her speak. [2]

This fall, Palin made headlines with high-profile endorsements in political races in Virginia and New York. [3] Her political action committee raked in nearly $733,000 in just the first five months of its existence. [4]

With Sarah Palin again taking center-stage in American politics, another aerial wolf-killing season is on the horizon in Alaska. Palin’s successor, Governor Sean Parnell, has made clear that he aims to continue the wolf-killing programs that Palin championed.

We’re not about to let Palin’s brutal legacy of needless animal killing stand. Please help us hold Palin accountable and pass legislation to end the aerial wolf-killing programs that she still supports.

We’re doing a full-court press to get out the truth in the national media and blogs in every remaining stop on Palin’s current book tour. And we’re working with our allies in Congress to pass the Protect America’s Wildlife (PAW) Act and finally end the aerial slaughter in Alaska.

I need your help today to support these and other efforts to give wildlife a voice in the political and legislative process. Please make a donation today.
