Because of the system of debt finance, in the Philippines,  there are 1.5 Million street children. And this number increases by 6, 365 annually. Everyday, these children of poor families are faced with numerous kinds of cruelty and exploitation, hunger, malnutrition. The parents of these children push them at tender age to help earn income for the family in poverty and acute money crisis. We have 20,000 children prostitutes, 4 million child laborers with 2.4 Million working under hazardous conditions, while the government pays interest to odious debts of $400,000 daily interest to US banks, and to others, plus $500 interest per second or around $14Billion or P700 billion interest payment for 2009, and  Philippine Department of Finance through Bureau of Internal Revenue target to collect taxes by 2009 in the amount of P11.6 Billion by the imposition of IMF-WB-imposed 12% Expanded Value Added Tax.

THE Philippine  BANKS ARE SO PROUD THAT THEY HAVE P5.3 TRILLION WORTH OF ASSETS IN 2008, telling all kinds of lies to deceive and fool the people about money creation when Filipinos are hungry and children are faced with all kinds of sufferings.

THE SELLING OF PHILIPPINE ASSETS IN 2009:

The Philippine Government with the intensified pressures of debt, is now planning for 2009 to raise P20 Billion from the sale of STATE-OWNED ASSETS to foreigners or multinational corporations and tycoons, and  one of these is the 120-hectare Food Terminals Inc. Agro-Industrial Estate in Taguig, Metro Manila and the Philippine Government's stake 40-percent in PNOC-Exploration Corp. for the purpose of meeting the expected 2009 budget deficit of P102 Billion or roughly $2 Billion. Deficit is not only because of the present economic tide but the major debt-based money system.Philippine tax revenue, that is already dictatorial, cannot meet the expenditures and much the interest payments.

Further borrowings in vicious cycles to commercial, foreign and international bankers, selling of Philippine assets or privatizations and collecting more taxes are only aggravating the debt-ballooning situation in the Philippines when even rural  bank run or bank holiday despite of defensive propaganda of the Central Bank or even these rural banks have been taken over is likewise a sign of economic and financial chaos.

Out of P1.415 Trillion 2009 Philippine National Budget, P700 Billion is automatically appropriated for interest payment by dictatorial policy of Presidential Decree.

The so-called American ape "economic stimulus package" of P10 Billion in the Philippines  for 2009 will only be certainly useless. THIS ECONOMIC STIMULUS PACKAGE will only be for the benefit package for the corrupt politicians, economists and for the bankers' subtle control of money.

Christmas is supposed to be the season of joy but millions of Filipino people and certainly billions of people across the planet are facing NIGHTMARISH AND GLOOMY prospects due to man-made/banker's tricky GLOBAL FINANCIAL CRISIS.

Filipinos are naturally happy people but in this country UNDER THE BONDAGE OF DEBT AND POVERTY, every Filipino seems to feel as if they're on a roller coaster ride with what's happening today.

As a Filipino Social Crediter/ Monetary Reformer/Activist For Economic & Monetary Justice,  belong to poor family in the Philippines , in the tortuous field mission, I must declare  that money must be fundamentally created or given for 3 major reasons in the Philippine settings.

Money being created for profits and for controlling human lives and for causing evils, is catastrophic.

1. To Save Human Lives especially the innocents and the poor.

2. To Keep Human Lives To Advancement

3. To Secure Human Lives from exploitation, intimidation  and control

Money should not be controlled  nor be wasted against life. Money is like muck, not good except it be spread for saving lives and for the glory of God.

 It is not so much a concern to me although sometimes very delicate because of the prevailing situations,  whether what people say negative things   about asking or begging donation,  so long as it is used well  for life-saving, for keeping and securing lives.

 Lack of compassion and mercy to others especially to innocents and the needy is only realized at the night of one's life. Hence, at the night of our life, we will be judged how much we love God and our neighbors. Jesus Christ, Our Blessed Lord, is very specific when He said: "Whatever you did to the least of My brethren, you did to Me."

Matthew 25:40.

 Hence, Anthony the Great, a Christian monk  has  admonished: "Our life and our death is with our neighbor, if we gain our brothers, we have gained God."

Bankers do not have authentic sense of brotherhood to humanity except to make insatiable profits from the power and usurping authority of debt-based money creation heinously corrupt system and charging interest to humanity, to keep  humanity in the endless bondage of debt and poverty.

MUST WE STARVE OUR CHILDREN TO PAY INTEREST?

There must be  BAIL-OUT FOR THE PEOPLE - it can be $30,000 SOLUTION TO EVERY AMERICAN OR $15,000 TO EVERY FILIPINO ANNUALLY- AN GUARANTEED ANNUAL EXTRA BASIC INCOME FOR EVERY CITIZEN.
