Two more direct hits on this weeks earthquake forecast in Japan, and Chile.
West coast United States NEEDS TO BE ON WATCH for a more noteworthy earthquake to strike off the coast of NW California into Oregon this week. The interior craton edge states (fracking operations and dormant volcanoes) need to be watching for M4.0 range.
Japan was struck in the exact warned location, with the expeted magnitude. Japan had at LEAST 12 hours warning time.. here was the warning issued 12 hours prior to the earthquake on last nights live stream update (10pm central time 7/26/2016):

Chile was struck near the South tip of South America in the location warned in this weeks earthquake forecast video. The forecast video for this week was issued a full 3 days prior to the larger M6.0+ earthquake striking near Chile's coast.

When an earthquake strikes, you will hear a rumble, ding, and a bell toll. The bell will toll the number of times = to the earthquake which occurs. (example : M4.0 will ring 4 times).
The most recent earthquake has a green placemark / flag on it.
