The Mississippi River is down 17.5 feet.  Has anyone calculated the VOLUME of water that actually is?  Is it possible that loss is ONLY due to evaporation?  A barge pilot of 28 years has stated that he has "NEVER seen the Mississippi River drop so far, so fast":  http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=MKHAshrZTfo  (5:47)
Mississippi River Is Drying Up

August 15, 2012

The worst drought in more than 50 years is having a devastating impact on the Mississippi River.  The Mississippi has become very thin and very narrow, and if it keeps on dropping there is a very real possibility that all river traffic could get shut down.  And considering the fact that approximately 60 percent of our grain, 22 percent of our oil and natural gas, and and one-fifth of our coal travel down the Mississippi River, that would be absolutely crippling for our economy

It has been estimated that if all Mississippi River traffic was stopped that it would cost the U.S. economy 300 million dollars a day.  So far most of the media coverage of this historic drought has focused on the impact that it is having on farmers and ranchers, but the health of the Mississippi River is also absolutely crucial to the economic success of this nation, and right now the Mississippi is in incredibly bad shape.  In some areas the river is already 20 feet below normal and the water is expected to continue to drop

Connecting the Dots . . .

The question is . . . Is the Louisiana sink hole connected to the Mississippi River's massive loss of water?
Could be!  Take note of the following connections made by Dutchsinse in his MUST WATCH video:

8/11/2012 -- Louisiana Sink Hole Explained -- POSSIBLE HUGE CATASTROPHE -- 100 Hiroshimas http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wcbLvO0-huQ&list=UUHE92x768p8h-fMrqhsnE1Q&index=2&feature=plcp (14:05)

Bayou Corne Louisiana has experienced a series of events which 'professionals' are having a hard time explaining --- or at least the pros are finding it to be an inconvenient time to offer an explanation as to what is going on. It's a long [complex] story, but crucial for everyone to understand

The event began weeks ago with strange bubbles arising out of the bayou in large amounts.   Now there are worries that an adjacent (nearby?) [storage well is involved] . . . "Assumption Parish Sheriff Mike Waguespack said Thursday he is now concerned the sinkhole is close to a well containing 1.5 million barrels of liquid butane, a highly volatile liquid that turns into a highly flammable vapor upon release. . . "A breach of that well, he said, could be catastrophic."

Overall.. the sink hole is caused by a collapsed Salt Dome full of "non harmful" [Huh?] radioactive debris (liquified).. The collapsing salt dome is caused by the excessive craton pressure. Excessive craton pressure is causing earthquakes, steaming, and sink holes as the plate is moved from the west [to east]. The plate is being moved from the west due to the Pacific plate "disturbance" ...

Simply put, the Bayou Corne Salt Dome Collapse, the Plumes from several dormant volcanic areas, the Earthquakes along the edge of the plate at fracking / injection / drilling sites, the mystery booms / rumbles toward the center of the plate....... all can be explained by excessive pressure on the craton... moving the whole plate in one MASSIVE event --- taking place currently --- taking months to complete the process... For certain it started last year... carrying on to today ... I am certain we will see more events similar in the near future (months or less).

Mysterious Louisiana Sinkhole Raises Concerns of Explosions and Radiation

http://www.fourwinds10.net/siterun_data/environment/earth_changes/news.php?q=1345050081

A nearly 400-foot deep sinkhole in Louisiana has swallowed all of the trees in its area and enacted a mandatory evacuation order for about 150 residences for fear of potential radiation and explosions . . . in Assumption Parish, La., about 50 miles south of Baton Rouge.

The sinkhole sits in the middle of a heavily wooded space where it has consumed all of the soaring cypress trees that had been there. Flyover photos show some of the treetops still visible through the mud.

Authorities enacted a mandatory evacuation for between 100 and 150 homes in the area, but most people have chosen to stay, according to the Mayor's Office of Emergency Preparedness.  If any of the dangers seem to become more imminent, the order will be escalated to a forced evacuation.

While officials are not certain what caused the massive sinkhole, they believe it may be have been caused by a nearby salt cavern owned by the Texas Brine Company.

After being used for nearly 30 years, the cavern was plugged in 2011 and officials believe the integrity of the cavern may have somehow been compromised, leading to the sinkhole. . .

In the days after the sinkhole opened up on Aug. 3, nearby Highway 70 was closed down because officials discovered that the sinkhole caused a 36-inch natural gas pipeline to bend and feared the possibility of an explosion, according to ABC News' Baton Rouge affiliate WBRZ.

Proven Rain Making Tools . . . Deliberately Withheld

Considering that the 'government' can create rain any time they want uisng HAARP and chemtrails, it is this author's  opinion that the drought is deliberate and could be the cover story for draining the Mississippi River in order to re-create the 1812 rupture of the NMFZ (New Madrid Fault Zone), splitting America in half, if accomplished:

And Then There Was The Fracking . . .
Will the weight and fluidity Mississippi River water set off the New Madrid Fault Zone (NMFZ), which was already weakened by 1000s of earthquakes caused by the recent fracking abuse as detailed here:  Oil and Gas Collection: Hydraulic Fracturing, Toxic Chemicals and the Surge of Earthquake Activity in Arkansas  http://www.globalresearch.ca/index.php?context=va&aid=22667?

"Scott Ausbrooks, geohazards supervisor for AGS, told CNN in December that while earthquakes aren’t unusual in Arkansas, the frequency is. [14]  Indeed, they’ve had a 1,200 percent increase in earthquakes over 2009 data just in the last four months of 2010. All of the quakes registered less than 3 on the Richter Scale; over 98% of them occurred near Guy, where we find the largest concentration of gas wells; and 99% occurred outside the New Madrid Fault zone (circled in red below) where seismic activity is expected, implying they are human induced [1]:"

"Though AGS publicly claims no earthquake relation to drilling, in early December, Arkansas banned new drilling permits until further notice."

Even Scarier . . . Note The Location of the Nuclear Plants

In 1812, there were NO NUCLEAR PLANTS to rupture during the earthquake.   Today however:  "The black triangles in the below image prepared by the Center for Public Integrity show the disclosed locations of nuclear power plants in the US, minus research and military plants (red lines indicate BOTH the Mississippi and Missouri rivers):"

Double Jeopardy ~ ALL Major Gas Pipe Lines Traverse the NMFZ

The NMFZ , which has been weakened by 1000s of earthquakes caused by fracking, is ALSO surrounded by nuclear plants.  NOW we find that gas pipelines were ALSO placed DIRECTLY over it.  How insane is that?
New Madrid's Giant Pipeline Bomb

"Virtually every natural gas pipeline in the nation is built over that fault," Geller says. "You'll see the explosion reflected off the moon."

The Possible Nasty Conclusion . . .

Is it possible that the Mississippi River is actually draining into those submerged 'salt domes', some of which are being used as storage bins for butane, and lord knows what else?

Could ALL of the above component parts combine to cause a MASSIVE earthquake in the New Madrid Fault Zone, previously weaked by mini-earthquakes from fracking operations and under pressure from craton movement?

If so, I don't think a created 'race war' after a 'false flag' of an attempted Obama assassination, which has been predicted by some, would be a big enough event to call forth marshal law and cancel the elections as detailed here:
THE OBAMA FALSE FLAG ATTACK THAT WOULD SUSPEND ELECTIONS

The planned false flag attack, according to a DHS whistleblower , will be a staged assignation attempt on Obama that will be linked to a white supremacist group that will be used to incite black and Hispanic Americans into starting riots all across the nation.

This race war will be the situation needed to implement martial law effectively locking down the US, US Army control of the urban cities, erecting DHS checkpoints on all major points of travel, severe restrictions on travel for all citizens and the suspension of elections to ensure that Obama remain seated as the President of the US.

The DHS informant stated: “The DHS is actively preparing for massive social unrest inside the United States. He then corrected himself, stating that ‘a civil war’ is the more appropriate term. Certain elements of the government are not only expecting and preparing for it, they are actually facilitating it.”  Note:  I am exceedingly suspicious of the term 'civil war' because it will NOT be a 'civil war' where the fighting is between brothers, or fathers and sons, etc., it WILL be a REVOLUTIONARY war where 'We the People' fight against the treasonous tyranny being foisted upon us by the shadow government who are actually running our country, while hidden from sight and pulling the strings of puppets like Obama.

Instead . . . a catastrophic 2012 earthquake in the NMFZ, which includes all the above mentioned events . . . most certainly would FINALLY achieve the plutocratic oligarch's desire for martial law control and cancellation of the election leaving Obama in office without being re-elected.  Are you ready for that?  It would be a mega-tragedy that would effect ALL of America and its people in more ways that we can EVER imagine.

Pay attention to the upcoming news events to discover whether you need to 'run for the hills' to get out of harms way.  As you can see from the very first map, the Mississippi may cover the entire state of Louisiana.  HOWEVER that is not the ONLY important issue because the poisoned Gulf of Mexico will bring millions of gallons of Corexit right up to your door on both sides of the newly formed Mississippi River, not to mention a methane explosion coming from the salt dome that BP actually pierced when they hit oil in the Gulf, or the Fukeshima-like demolition of the nuclear power plants as well as the possible massive explosions from the ruptured gas pipelines.

A New Madrid earthquake just may turn out to be but ONE of a succession of major tragedies on the horizon.  We all need to pray harder, and stop believing that all is well . . . it isn't!
