The U.S. Geological Survey says the quake hit at about 11:45 a.m. Sunday.

Teton County sheriff's dispatcher Kristen Clifton says no injuries have been reported.

Clifton says site of the reported landslide is in the Bridger-Teton National Forest about 20 miles northeast of Jackson. She says deputies are on their way to the spot.

Hunters reported the slide, but Clifton says she doesn't know whether they saw it happen.

Heather Voster, a dispatcher at Grand Teton National Park headquarters about 12 miles north of Jackson, says she felt "a mild shaking" that lasted about 10 seconds. She says no park damage was reported.
