-- otherwise the answer is no.

But this is a time to take serious notice of earth changing events around the world. The "science of cycles" have always told us we are in perfect sync with events from ancient history and with future event to come. As mentioned in my book "Global Warming: A Convenient Disguise", one of the very few items the IPCC got right, is we will most likely witness a "mass migration inland from coastal areas".

Burma Cyclone - Up to 50,000 Dead and Millions Homeless

Everyday, the extent of the destruction caused by Cyclone Nargis has been revised upwards, from alarming to grim to disastrous - and yesterday it became clear that this is not just a local, but an historic catastrophe. Foreign aid workers in Rangoon have concluded that as many as 50,000 people died in last Saturday's cyclone, and two to three million are homeless, the worst disaster in the country's modern history, and of a scale comparable with the 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami.

Even before you set foot in Burma, as the aircraft begins its descent towards Rangoon airport, it is obvious that something appalling has happened. Usually, the Irrawaddy delta is a land of deep and varied greens - the rice and vegetable fields, the river banks and the tropical trees that shade the towns and villages. But today the landscape is dominated by a different color -  the thick enveloping brown of river mud.

Emergency Evacuation as Chile Volcano Spews Lava

SANTIAGO, CHILE - Lava started to spew from an erupting volcano in southern Chile on Tuesday and authorities ordered the immediate evacuation of all remaining residents from a nearby town.

Chaiten volcano, in Patagonia around 760 miles south of the Chilean capital Santiago, began erupting on Friday, sending a towering plume of ash into the sky that has since coated the surrounding area and reached as far as Argentina.

The National Emergency Office said the volcano was spitting bits of lava and rock, and that around 300 remaining civilians and troops were being evacuated by boat across a fjord. However, emergency officials had not yet detected lava flow down the volcano's sides.
