ime, but was buried under a gag order by the U.S. Supreme Court. At some point NESARA was to be implemented by an official public announcement, at which time the public would be informed of the various aspects of the law. This has not yet happened.

For over six years this law has been buried under a gag order. The NESARA Decision Team having the authority to determine when the public announcement would be made, acted on September 11, 2001. At 9:00 a.m. EST the computer systems for both the U.S. Banking System and the International Banking system located in the New York City Twin Trade Towers were to download to all bank computers the information needed concerning the new U.S. Treasury gold standard banking system, which was replacing the Federal Reserve Banking System of fiat money. At 10:00 a.m. EST the NESARA public announcement was to be made from the U.S. Pentagon’s new Navel Communication Center located on the first level of the Pentagon.

As the world now knows, the official public announcement of NESARA on 9-11-01 was “wiped off the map” by orders of G.W. Bush and Dick Cheney. Their plan was carefully executed to stay in power by destroying the Naval Communications Center at the Pentagon, destroying the New York City Twin Trade Towers and destroying the underground fiber optics communication center in Pennsylvania.

This plan was certainly “over kill” in stopping NESARA, but the 9-11 disaster was also designed to create the public support needed for the “terrorist” wars against Afghanistan and Iraq by falsely blaming the Arabs for this “evil 9-11 attack against America”. So NESARA was buried again as America raced off to war. It is unknown how serious the NESARA Decision Team has been about their duty to have NESARA implemented by a public announcement. Surely it could have been accomplished in these past five years.

The focus has shifted to the funding of the Farm Claims and Prosperity Programs. That has proceeded very slowly with much opposition by the Darkside. Had NESARA been announced, delivery of the bank packets could have proceeded safely and quickly. As per the original agreement, the quota of Farm Claims needed to provide the gold collateral for the new banking system has been delivered to the people. This allows for the NESARA announcement to be made at any time without further deliveries needed prior to the announcement. Today, the NESARA Decision Team waits.

Many attempts have been made to make the NESARA announcement, but each time it has been stopped by the Darkside. White Knights and Star People and announcement people have been harmed and even killed in the process. CNN studios have been damaged and CNN personnel have acted as double agents to sabotage the announcement. Finally, it was decided that a “live” announcement was too risky and that the NESARA official public announcement would be taped. This taping was completed in early January, 2006. This video tape is to be played from aboard a starship in complete safety by over-riding the world’s media system when the order is given by the NESARA Decision Team to do so.

When this 3D action is taken, only then can the Star People intervene and assist in implementing NESARA. Still the NESARA Decision Team waits. Some White Knights have been working hard to take the power away from the “Beast” and return it to the people by getting the funding packets delivered to the people. They can then access money through the 1000 U.S. Treasury depository banks distributed across the U.S. by using a debit card. Essentially the U.S. is presently on a double money system as of March 1, 2006.

During these past two weeks no further deliveries of the funding packets have been made, and less than 25% of the total number of packets have actually been delivered to their recipients. There are five main groups that have in various ways prevented this delivery process from being completed. They have now joined forces and are now conspiring together to take all of the trillions of dollars of funding money, being returned to the people, for themselves and their New World Order.

The five groups are the World Court, the U.S. Supreme Court, the Federal Reserve Bank, the Carlyle Croup and the Bush Crime Family. At this time there is one obstacle stopping them from achieving their goal. The International Monetary Fund (IMF) controls the money and is refusing to cooperate with them. The IMF is saying that the rest of the world would get their funding money as agreed, and the only funds these five groups would get would be that belonging to the people of the U.S. Of course, that is not enough. That want it all!

These five groups are also attempting to negotiate other points. They want to keep the original Federal Reserve Bank and all their personnel, and to change the name to Treasury Reserve Bank to fool the people. The worthless Federal Reserve notes (FRN’s) would still be used with no gold or silver backing it. NESARA, which changes the government would never be implemented and the unlawful income tax system of the IRS would be kept. The people would get their funding money in FRN’s.

Should this plan be implemented, there is one final trick to be played on the people. The U.S. Department of Homeland Security has declared that any funds received in the U.S. from these prosperity programs and Farm Claims would be considered “terrorist” money. The recipients would be considered to be “terrorist”, would be arrested and jailed. My guess, should this take place, is that those arrested would be carted off to containment camps while they await their incineration.

These Darkside players are hoping that with enough arrests made, the people will rise up in protest and create riots, so that to maintain order G.W. Bush could declare martial law. Under military law the entire nation could then be locked down under their New World Order. So much for Plan A!

What do we do to win? Creator god Aton and Mother Earth and many serious Lightworkers are working on Plan C! Remember, Plan B was to evacuate the planet and let Mother Earth Cleanse herself. Plan B is still a very real option at this time. Plan C is a combination of both A and B. With such little time remaining for Mother Earth to survive, Plan C must be accomplished quickly. So, what is Plan C?

I truly do not know. Plan C is in process and will be whatever we create it to be in the time we have left. What is it that you want to have happen in these last days on Earth Shan? How much time do we have left? I do not know! I say days because I strongly believe that we do not have weeks and months to complete our original Plan A. Contrary to popular thought, Earth Shan is in far worse condition than any of us realize, and time has been speeded up.

Now, I can give you Creator God Aton’s Plan C or I can give you rumor, that may be fact or fiction tomorrow. Let us start with the rumor. Due to the constant delays to Plan A and the jolting of many awake by my article, “People of the Light: ‘Plan B’ Evacuation” there have been positive actions taken by good people to join forces with us.

Rumor:

1. Good people of authority in the U.S. sent e-mails to their good contacts in Europe. The message was that the people of the U.S. want an end to their evil government and need your help, now! Will you help?

The people of the world have been waiting for the people of the U.S. to rise up and take action against their evil government. Finally, this is happening.

2. Yesterday, more than 124 countries of the world responded by sending e-mails to the U.S. Government and White House, demanding that they step down and unless they do, these countries will no longer support them or do business with the U.S.

3. The White House was swamped with e-mails. Foreign countries discovered that the American people really did not support their Bush Crime Family government, and agree to help change the U.S. Government.

4. More countries are joining in the action today.

5. Money for the recipients of the prosperity programs and Farm Claims is to be put into their accounts today (April 24).

6. All deliveries of bank packets are to occur tomorrow (April 25).

7. On Wednesday; April 26, people are to be able to access their money at the gold depository banks.

8. The NESARA Announcement to follow at some point.

Whether this is fact or fiction remains to be seen.
