The answer to your basic question is "No!"
Being under Galactic Law does not mean that suddenly all freewill is dismissed and we are puppets with no responsibility for our world. Under Galactic Law the Forces of Light have ultimate authority over our 3D world and not the Forces of Darkness. The One World Order is ended. As residents of Earth Shan we must still remain in the Chess Game and make the appropriate decisions to get things done. The Lighted Realms can not do it for us, but they will help us, when we ask for their help.
The appropriate decisions and actions are finally being made to bring "checkmate".
