Many people have been following the Leo Wanta "big money" story. Much speculation has been made about the dispersment of these funds and their possible connection to NESARA, the Prosperity Programs or Farm Claims, or even reparation money to the people of the U.S.
To recap history briefly Leo Wanta was sent to Russia by President Ronald Reagan during his term in office to attempt to de-stabilize Russia by "ripping off" the ruble through the differences in exchange rates. Wanta acquired a large sum of money, which has become huge through investment and interest earned over time.
I believe, this money does not belong to Leo Wanta or to the people of the U.S. This money was stolen from Russia through evil intent. I believe, this money belongs to Russia and that it will be returned to the people of Russia, as their "NESARA debt forgiveness" money. Russia is already leading the world in paying off their debts to other countries. Financial balance is gradually being restored, and the Leo Wanta money is no exception. The Leo Wanta money has no connection to NESARA, the Farm Claims or to the Prosperity Programs.
