"Hello, Central!" What Happens To Special Needs Children and Helpless People At Evacuation?

I have addressed you before the same letter, but unfortunately I never saved it. So I will just have to repeat myself with the hope to have an answer this time:
You have talked about children and how these will be rescued from Earth Shan and you also gave some age information with respect to that too. But what about children who are with special needs 10, 11, 13 or so many years old and can not think or rationalize, can not move and are even paralysed? What about people who haven’t got the brains to even do any thinking at all? They can not talk or even listen to someone talking to them? Don’t they stand a fair chance or will they not be given a fair play for this life game ascension process if they are eligible with respect to the capacity of love they should carry?

Dear CH
Know that Creator God Aton of Light is a loving and merciful God, who will not trash any souled being in 3D that does not have the mental capacity to make rational decisions. Many of these "handicapped" individuals are very old or even very young souls, who have returned to 3D to experience for their soul growth.
Age is not a factor. All such individuals, will be treated as children and will be promptly evacuated to the ships should the need arise. All souled beings communicate at a soul level with Creator God, and the soul knows all.
Thank you for caring about these people. Few people do. All are equal in the Realms of Light!
