Dear Patrick,

Good morning. Thanks for the latest Nesara update. I hope you and Anne are well these days.

I wanted to ask about the Casper updates. They have been helpful and are appreciated. However, each time Casper has an update it explains that Bush has stopped deliveries. Then they threaten him and he agrees to deliveries. Then he just reverses himself and stops deliveries again. Instead of arresting him on the spot, they just threaten him again. Obviously, the threats are worthless, as this cycle has repeated itself endlessly for months and months and months.

Why have the good guys never successfully arrested Bush?

How has he continually thwarted those on the side of light and goodness?

What chance is there that this endless cycle of failure will change anytime soon?

We are all looking for some sign of progress and hope as we struggle to hang on.

Dear SC:

We are well. Thank you for asking. Daddy Bush goes around with a bag full of gold and bribes, black-mails or threatens the lives of those and their families, who stand in opposition to the Bush/Clinton Cabal. That is basically why the good guys never win.

It may upset you to know that this is a stalling game that has been going on for years. Some of the players knew this and others did not, and we the people did not know. Why this game of stalling to fund the Prosperity Programs? There was no money of value to pay the people, only fake Fed money.

We could not be paid, by agreement, any fiat money. It had to be backed by gold, but we had no gold banking system until now, September 19, 2007. This past month as been a matter of logistics to bring in the Global Banking System and release the funds to run it.

Please understand that we now know, that had these bank packets been delivered to the people without the required gold currency to back the money, that would have been international bank fraud, thus the game of stalling. It took years to get the nations of the world to agree on a Global Gold-backed Banking System, that would allow each nation their own sovereign money system backed by gold.

Things are now moving rapidly to bring this Global Banking System on-line, and thus the funding of the Prosperity Programs and Farm Claims. The People's Republic of China (Communist China) brought things to a halt last week, and the Chinese New Year (Oct. 1-7) slowed things a bit, but all is moving forward again at this time.

Know that Creator God's Plan for our time is in process, and the "never ending cycle" of which you speak is now being interrupted. Some time ago, October of 2007 was designated to be a month of great changes for goodness on Earth Shan. Such is happening. Keep hope a live for goodness to finally prevail in these remaining days of October, 2007. It may be that what we learn in our living is more important than the final outcome!
