It is not about money. It is about balancing the energies. To the Darkside money is power and control. To have to give it back to the people takes their power away, and the Light wins! The Darkside has spent eons of time taking the power away from the people. Can you imagine how galling it must be for the Darkside to have to give the power back to the people?
