Dear RS:
Full-consciousness means having your full memory of all past lifestreams and experiences in other dimensions restored to you. This will happen on an individual basis, when you have raised your frequencies to the 5D level and are ready to "move on" in your spiritual growth and understanding. For you it may happen at First Contact or at the Second Coming of Esu Immanuel Sananda or later. It all depends on your soul contract and when the conditions are "right" for you.
It will be a fantastic experience to again remember what you agreed to forget when you returned to this 3D planet.
