Dear LP:
It is my understanding that Sananda ultimately has the authority over First Contact, and can hold things back, as happened yesterday, June 11, 2006.
The World Court dealt with the G-8 countries most severely over the week-ed, and deliveries of bank packets are to be attempted one more time tomorrow. We shall see.
