rew at Tehachapi, California, who worked with the Ekkers on the Contact Newspaper and The Phoenix Journal Projects, in the early 1990's had, also, been given technology for survival. They had at least fifteen different projects such as growing hydroponic gardens, free-energy, waste recycling, water purification, organic farming, etc. Charles was one of the people, who was "called" to Tehachapi to share his knowledge and help with these projects.
Over time the Dark energies crept in and the people lost their vision, causing the various projects to be abandoned. Only the Contact Newspaper and The Phoenix Journal projects survived that chaotic period.
