Dear Patrick ;

A lady that I know, is asking me what God’s laws say about divorce.I read in Journal number 2 from Sananda answering in paragraph “PHARISEES  AND  DIVORCE”:

Quote

He spoke to them, “Moses gave you permission to divorce because of the hardness of your own hearts and the dominion over you, but it has not been so since the beginning of the human race, for in this instance Moses did break the Law.  But I say to you that whoever divorces except if it be for adultery in fornication, or for other errors made by the other, is breaking a marriage.”

Unquote

Can you please tell me where I can find information, or tell me which are the “other errors made by the other” mentioned by Sananda?

Many thanks.In Love and Light

Dear AM:

    You asked about divorce and the "other errors made by the other (partner in marriage)".  The only reasonable answer I can find are the ten "behaviors" listed in the discussion of Law #15 in Phoenix Journal #27, pp. 48-56 , as given on pages 50-51.

    Basically, I think it means being unfaithful in any way to the commitment of marriage.  Do you agree?

Dear Patrick :

many thanks for your response.

I basically agree with you, but I thought that apart from the sexual behavior, God Aton would give other directions in Journal 27 that is from 1991.

For example, if a man his a alcohol addict and when drunk gets violent end beats his wife, I believe that would be a reason to divorce instead of living in a hell.

Another example, that of course could not happen 2.000 years ago, but in my view, could have been included in Journal 27, is if a man his a drug addictand again creates a hell for his wife, or his children.

Or if one of the two, after some time into the marriage, refuses to have LOVE intimacy (not sexual intercourse).

So things like that!

Do you agree?In Love and Light

Dear AM:

    Yes, of course I agree.  The things you mention fall under the eighteen Laws of God and Creation.  For example, #16 and 18 and 11 and 9.  One must consider how one treats another on the basis of all the Laws.  In marriage love and commitment and trust are essential.

Dear Patrick ;

Again many thanks for your reply.

As always, God Aton has given mankind ALL he needs to live in balance, either in the Laws or in the Journals!

And among that “ALL”, there is YOU that, through your knowledge, wisdom and generosity, are helping many people to see the Truth.

I’m greatly blessed to have had the possibility to first discover Fourwinds10, then to meet you and Anne personally, and to have your wise advice when I need it.

In Love and Light
