The answer to your question is, No! All souled beings here,now agreed to return to Earth Shan at this time to assist with her transition into the fifth dimension. We returned without memory of our past and set "alarm clocks" along our 3D journey to wake us up to our spiritual mission.
Living in such extreme 3D density and negative energy, few of the Returned Masters have heard their alarms and have awakened to their mission. Unless one does so and carries out his mission, while living the Laws of God and Creation as best he can, one cannot consider himself to be a part of Sananda's Flock.
Being a souled being does not automatically qualify you for such honor. You must pass your tests in soul growth, do your mission of helping, and keep the Laws. Only you can know your "standing" through your God Sprit within. May you pass every test with "colors flying", my friend!
