Thank you for bringing some sanity to the table with the view from your window concerning recent comments at RMN made by Whistleblower regarding your business.

I think what is good for the goose is also good for the gander. In Whistleblower’s case he claims:

One of things I have observed in these recent Fulford/WB exchanges is that the WB persona exerts, most of the time, profuse word art of explaining, explaining, defending, defending, and elevating with a one gunmanship of who has the best Intel clearance levels. The Fulford persona does not do this. Why is this so? What does this really signify? Persona status or persona non-status?

I do know, as many others do, that Truth will prevail in any of these exchanges as the outcomes pass through the Blue Flame Sword of Archangel Michael, the scrutiny of Esu Immanuel Sananda, and the Love, Light, and Wisdom of the True Creator God Aton.

    Thank you for your letter.  There is much conjecture about the "End Times" of our present civilization.  One last time Creator God has given us the Truth of the Divine Plan for Shan, which takes precident over any and all of man's ideas and prophecies.  This Divine Plan is stated quite clearly in the Phoenix Journals.

 

    We shall not have a third dimensional Golden Age on Shan, ever!  She shall transition into the fifth dimension via the coming earth changes/cleansing cycle that is already in process.  All life forms shall leave Shan during this process, and nothing of 3D shall remain, because nothing of evil is allowed into 5D.

 

    Those, who so choose shall be evacuated by starship to safety, but only those, who by living the Laws of God and Creation have earned the right to move to 5D, shall do so.  Why, then, are we efforting to accomplish NESARA?

 

    Remember, God always wins over evil.  The Light wins on Shan in this civilization, before she moves on to a new 5D civilization.  NESARA is part of the process, of Creator's Plan of winning over evil.  The Darkside must know they have been soundly defeated, that they have been "check-mated" by the Light!  Also, the Lightworkers need closure.  They need to know without question that their efforts have not ended in failure.  Victory must be declared and sung from the mountain tops for the whole world to know Truth one last time.

 

    In the coming transition there is no extinction of any souled-being.  We simply move on to our next lifestream of lessons in soul growth.  In the transition of Shan, human clones (articial humns) go "poof" and de-materialize, while all God-created life forms are transported to other planets.  Yes, some people shall return to the Stone Age for their failure to learn their lessons, but a Stone Age shall not be ever again on our planet.  Shan shall glow in the Cosmos, as a fifth dimension pristine, pure water planet of the greatest beauty.  She has earned it!

As far as I know, the St Germain trust has nothing to do with OITC. But it could... because Gunther and several of his cousins... all of whom were/are from the sovereign nations that the NWO/City of London/British East India Trading Company... raped, pillaged and destroyed through a series of conquests, wars, divide and conquer, and balkanizing the area by sending in immigrants who are of a different religion and who speak a different language.

The nations that are represented by the OITC are from every religion, language and area of the world including Antarctica.

The closer the OITC gets to changing the economic system of the world, the more slime is thrown at them. It similar to throwing a plate of spaghetti at a white wall. The spaghetti slimes down the wall and eventually ends up on the floor... which is how most of the accusations end up... but that doesn't matter. The purpose is to slime the OITC and make people think the OITC is the bad guy... just like the NWO... maybe even worse.

Nothing could be further from the truth.

The mission of the OITC is to restore the economic balance to the earth and create a climate in which the "little people" of the world can live in comfort and peace. This means getting rid of the oppressive group that runs the world right now. This group derived their money and power by raping and pillaging the little people.

In centuries past, the victor won the spoils of war. But we have grown beyond that way of thinking... but the City of London group has not. They still make their profits by dividing and conquering... killing and plundering. The OITC is set to take the power to make money by making war away from them.

The OITC is the legitimate owner of most of the gold in the world. Most of you know that I was part of the largest gold transfer in the history of the world. We arranged the return of the Austrian treasury to Austria in late 1994.

That story is a story in itself. Maybe I will tell part of it on today's radio show... depending on the breaking news that Dr. Robin is gathering about the upcoming bombing of the Gulf of Mexico with depleted uranium by the United States Navy. The only thing she and I can make of it is the earth is being "terra formed"... possibly to make way for a new race of souls... known as the "tan race"... who are coming to study at the earth school. Killing all the life on earth is the name of this game... and the only thing that makes sense is it's time for our soul group to move on.

Back to the OITC and the gold that Gunther and I transferred to Austria from the Philippines.

The Austrian treasury was far more than gold bars. It contained gigantic gold crosses, crowns, jewels and other "artifacts". It was vitally important that the "enemy"... aka the new world order... city of london group... did NOT get their hands on it.

They almost did... at the end of the transfer... but that's another long story.

Gunther's mentor was Admiral Wilhelm Canaris. After many years, I have now realized that the man I met in an underground bunker WAS Admiral Canaris. He's the one who showed me the lab that cloned body parts for their top men. Gunther of course was one of those top men.

This group has never had a name... they call themselves Faction Two... Their enemies call them Nazis, Fascists, aliens... whenever a group is blamed, the new world order tries to throw the blame to this group... but no one but the readers of RMN and the higher level of the US government has any knowledge of this group.

This group has fought the Rothschild controlled new world order since the King of Bavaria blew the whistle on the secret takeover of the European monarchies by the Illuminati. That was in 1776. Shortly after that, the King of Bavaria started sending trusted family members all around the world, to begin to create a group to battle what he realized was already a worldwide attempt to take complete control of the world.

Admiral Canaris carried on the tradition started by the King of Bavaria. Canaris was not only the head of the Abwehr... military intelligence for Germany during WW2... he was also the Grand Master of the Knights Templars and retained that position... possibly until this very day.

President Obama's grandfather, Stanley Dunham, was accused of spying for the Abwehr during WW2. The records didn't say he was a German spy... it directly tracked him to the Abwehr. The Abwehr was headquarters for the assassination attempts on Hitler. According to the history books, Admiral Canaris was hung with piano wire for heading up the "Canaris Conspiracy" to kill Hitler. IMO Hitler was killed and replaced with a double by his City of London Handlers in England.

The real reason behind WW2 was to finish destroying the independent nations that were a threat to the City of London's plan to take over the world. Sadly, the United States has been the military power behind the City of London ever since the Federal Reserve Banking System was set up.

Admiral Canaris played an early role in contacting the other heads of sovereign nations... chiefs, sultanates, kings, queens... whatever the bloodline title had been.

These people were convinced to hide their royal treasuries to make sure that their wealth and artifacts did not fall into the hands of the new world order.

You have to pause for a moment and realize that Admiral Canaris and his group have had contact with both the race that lives in Antarctica and with other races of beings... the ones we call ETs.

These treasures are guarded by ETs. I have not seen them with my own eyes, but I have seen photos and friends who have been guarding the gold for generations have told me about them. This is the reason that the new world order has only been able to steal gold bars... not the real treasures.

OITC was set up by these sovereign nations to guard the treasures until it was time to release the truth to the world. It's now time.

I may have a thing or two wrong about the OITC. I am telling the story of them from Gunther's point of view, and I haven't talked with him since 1997.

If whistleblower wants to correct anything I have said, he is welcome to.

As for the St Germain trust. I was always led to believe that it was part of the programs that Poof talks about.

Back in the late 90s I wrote about these trusts and how the initial money was used to start the dot com boom... and when Faction Two had made a 100 times return on their investment... meaning the investment of all the money the people Poof talks about... they pulled out the money and stashed a lot of it in the St Germain trust. There are two other trusts that Faction Two uses to fund their operations. These trusts date from the 1700s.

I my opinion, the OITC is the enemy of the new world order... and the new world order has sent out an army of disinfo agents to slime and tar the OITC.

I predict that we will all soon know the truth...

Many thanks Raye for the illuminating article. If I may make some small corrections just so the records are set straight.

The St Germain Trust, St Germain Master Trust, and the World Trust are all part of the Collateral Accounts under Foundation Divine, legally owned as Legal Heir by H.E. Dr. R. C. Dam, International Treasury Controller.

These are absolutely correct, but more to the point is the question WHY? for which the answer is so that those parties who have been stealing the assets over many decades can continue their theft and plunder. The more people who are propagated in their minds as to the unrestricted ownership and access to these assets, the easier it is for the parties creating all of this propaganda, to steal them.

I think you will find that it was the Tsar of Russia who commenced / continued this back in the mid 1800’s. I am not saying that the King of Bavaria was not involved in one way or another. In fact all Royal Families of the World were involved and still are, and it may well have been the King of Bavaria in the 1700 who actually started this, which is a factor that I am not aware of, except for the primary involvement of the Tsar of Russia and his family.

That is correct, but with a small addition if I may. “Guard” yes, but also to utilize these assets in a professional manner in compliance with the written desires and directives of the Royal Families.

CASPER'S 8/18/10 RESPONSE TO WHISTLEBOWER'S COMMUNICATION 

 

Surely you have noticed by now that WE do not get involved in 'other folks business' unless WE are mentioned by name or "Our Business" is the subject being discussed.

When asked about RAP for example WE made it clear we are not involved with them.

When asked about Fulford we made it clear that an occasional, courteous and professional exchange of info is the only relationship.

WE are not involved with Story or 'Poof' or any of the other messengers.

WE do what we do on behalf of Program Participants which might be summarized as 'the pursuit of truth' which we then report to our fellow participants/recipients.

We have been at this a very long time, before any of these other folks ever appeared on the scene, long before our updates began to appear on Fourwinds and later other Web-Sites where they were taken from 'cyber-space'. Before C.H., before 'O'.

We go way back and began to make Intel sought for personal reasons public in an attempt to stop a rash of suicides and stress related heart attacks being caused, in our view, by the huge volumes of lies and false info being fed as a steady diet to 'innocent victims'. Doing this work 'with a vengeance' was triggered by the suicide of this writers best friend, and All American football player.

 

WE are not affiliated with anyone else, not Cheney or Bush or any Intel Agency as some have implied. As explained many times WE remain anonymous in an attempt to protect self and family. The attempt may be feeble, our 'identity' may be known already, but WE persist in the attempt to remain anonymous with the assistance of the very few we trust to  know who we are.

 

I write the above to again establish our Independence from ALL others and to remind readers who WE work for, ourselves and the legitimate program participants.

 

Again Whistleblower mentions Casper and 'Our Business' while defending his business, the OITC.

To the very best of my recollection WE have never discussed the OITC or offered an opinion of them although we have had several public 'back and forth's with Whistleblower when he offered his Intel or his opinions of 'our business'.

Generally speaking he has never agreed with us and we have never agreed with him. I have always viewed Whistleblowers statements and criticisms about us and 'our business' as his and the OITC's views, professionally delivered, publicly, and not a personal attack.

I  do not recall ever 'attacking' him personally or the OITC either and I have no intention of doing so now.

I do believe however, that for the first time and for the sake of our program brethren the time has come to jump into this fray, the OITC vs Fulford, the OITC vs Casper and Program Participants, the OITC vs its various critics on various web-sites.

 

Whistleblower refers to Fulford and Casper as offering their unenlightened view of the big picture and says 'if we had any real sources we would know that his view of things is correct' (paraphrasing). He says WE and Fulford and others are influenced by those not at the top of the heap and as a result the Info/Intel we provide the people is actually destructive to their well being as well as being false. To which I respond--Baloney.

 

Whistleblower and OITC, in my opinion, have a view point of their own making. A view that says they have a rightful claim to control of the worlds wealth under the auspices of the U.N. and other 'authorities' as described by him. A Self Interested point of view I submit to you. I believe he and the OITC are affiliated with and 'invested in' the existing establishment and its attempts to preserve its corrupt self at all cost. Also, that implementation of the new metals backed banking system represents a defeat to the OITC as well as 'the establishment' which includes such as the Corporation, the Queen, the Fed Res, the City, the Vatican, the U.N., World Court, World Bank, IMF, etc etc...  I believe Whistleblower very professionally represents a view which calls for the defeat of the new and places a self interested claim on most of the worlds assets including funds expected by program participants.

In these respects I view his claims as no different than those of Obama, or the Queen, or the Vatican, or many others each saying all funds belong to them and they must have the funds.

 

Why was the Tribunal formed and then replaced, never mind that both got bribed?

It was to by-pass the corrupt World Court and the Corrupt U.N. both of which had been attempting to access our accounts and/or trade the funds.

If the funds belong to the OITC what are they doing in our accounts necessitating the theft attempts?

As was said to the Queen and Obama I now say to Whistleblower, if the funds belong to you why don't you simply withdraw them?

What we are witnessing here, in my opinion, is one more entity attempting to claim and/or steal all funds in a series of attempts to stop the new, all perpetrated by the existing 'establishment' with each and every aspect thereof, including the OITC, claiming their view of the world is correct at the expense of all others.

 

There is no doubt in my mind, none, that Whistleblower knows things WE don't know. Have we not often said 'we don't know everything'?  

The corollary is likely true also, 'we know things he does not know'. WE report most of what we know to you and we do not do so 'willy nilly'.

When the Intel we provide does not agree with Whistleblowers view of the world then as far as WE are concerned he is 'up the creek without a paddle'.

There are those who refer to the OITC as the 'Office of International Thieves and Con-Artists'. Not us ,you understand, and we are not quoting Fulford.

 

What they are or are not is of little concern to us except to the extent they wish to involve themselves in 'our business' then WE have an obligation, in our view, to respond publicly for the sake of those WE work for, Program Participants.

 

OUR POSITION Summarized is, therefore, that We know what we are talking about and that Whistleblower does not.

No sense beating around the bush.

 

Should WE for any reason turn out to be wrong we will eat an extra piece of humble pie, publicly, for Whistleblowers benefit.

 

And finally, as to 'sources', after 20 years of this 'Rocky Horror Picture Show' you may rest assured WE do not obtain our Intel from the milkman.
