Dear Zo:
There is much about this situation that is buried in history, because those involved refuse to talk about it or have died, and those, who hold information are not talking out of fear, anger or regrets, etc. What is known is found in the statements made by Hatonn and others, bits and pieces recorded in the earlier Contact Newspapers and Phoenix Journals. The following is how I have pieced this story together. I have left out many of the details.
George Bush, Sr. and Russell Hermann had worked together in Southeast Asia, as CIA agents in the 1980's. Through Hermann, Bush learned of the work of the Ekkers and their Phoenix Project and of the Peruvian Gold Certificate found by Hermann's wife. Bush, Sr. became head of the CIA and killed Russell Hermann in an attempt to get control of the Gold Certificate.
Later George Bush, Sr. became President of the U.S. Corporate Government. He did not like what the Ekkers were doing in publishing Truth, including the Truth about his administration, so he and his Cabal determined to shut them down. The Pleiades Connection series of the Phoenix Journals contained much Truth of Science, which was totally threatening to the science community and to the government. This Truth included some of the knowledge of the great but little known scientist, Walter Russell.
The University of Science and Philosophy (US & P) founded byWalter Russell, had acquired the "supposed" rights to Walter Russell's works, and after his death in 1963 were very protective of this information. Thus, they became upset with the Walter Russell science Truth that Hatonn was revealing in the Phoenix Journals. With the support of the Bush Cabal the US&P proceeded to bring a lawsuit against the Ekkers and the Phoenix Project.
The result of this lawsuit was a court order banning ten Phoenix Journals and the destruction of over 110,000 copies of these journals. Basically, any of Walter Russell's work was restricted from publication and from being published in any future Phoenix Journals. The material found in the banned Pleiades Connection series includes scientific and spiritual Truth revealed by Hatonn that went far beyond what Russell Walter and other scientists knew, but it was still banned by the court order.
With this understanding, and being angry over the government's attempt to keep this Truth from public view, my family and I determined to find these banned Phoenix Journals and make them available to the public. Guided by Hatonn and the Forces of Light, we were able to find copies of these banned journals, copy them and format them for the Internet. In 1996, when Fourwinds made its Internet debute, and in defiance of the court order, the first information we presented on the Fourwinds website were these ten banned Phoenix Journals. There they have remained ever since.
The ten Phoenix Journals that were banned by the U.S. Courts are:

From the varied content in these banned journals, it is obvious the government was upset over more than Russell's work being exposed to the public. They also objected to the spiritual Truth being revealed.
