Thanks for writing. Soul growth results from gaining knowledge, which leads to wisdom and enlightenment---the knowledge of Truth. Soul growth also results from living The Laws of God and Creation (Phoenxi Journal #27). All our life experiences are designed for our learning and resultant soul growth, or as you say, "the trials and tribulations" we go through on our journey on Earth Shan that cause us to mature spiritually.
Soul growth is the expansion of your soul in knowledge, wisdom and love. It is your progress toward perfection, our ultimate goal to become one again with Creator Source.
