Subject: NESARA/Casper

Hello Patrick,

I noticed that Casper in all of his messages never mentions NESARA. However, when a new reader to your site asks you what is meant by the reference to "packages" in Casper's updates, you answer by giving the basic background of the history behind NESARA and the programs. You always talk about everything being connected to NESARA but Casper has never even mentioned NESARA. What gives on this?

Question # 1 Is there any relationship between the "packages" and deliveries Casper is talking about and NESARA? I would find it hard to believe that Casper is talking about NESARA in his updates when he has never mentioned it once.

Question # 2 If Casper is not talking about NESARA, then what is he talking about? Is it an unrelated program or maybe just a part of NESARA? Does Casper not believe in NESARA?

Question # 3 When Casper talks about packages being delivered, by any chance is he talking about the "O" program being delivered?

Question # 4 If Casper is not talking about NESARA, which seems to be the case, then what is the status of NESARA? I sense that you have lost confidence in NESARA coming to fruition because you hardly ever talk about it anymore.

Question # 5 On November 5, 2009 "Whistleblower" reported on another site that there were 3 Omega programs and that all were scams. He said (essentially) that all those funds are long gone and nobody in those programs would receive a dime. This is not good news to me because I was in the "O" program. Were you aware of his position on the "O" program and do you think he knows the truth on this? Whistleblower seems like a very well connected authority on these type of international financial matters based on the articles you have posted of his writings. Is the "O" program really scam? Your answers to the above would be greatly appreciated and helpful.

Thank you for your letter.

Q. 1: When Casper uses the word "announcements:, he is speaking of the NESARA announcements. Informed readers know this, thus there has not been a need to explain things in detail.

Q. 2: Of course, Casper believes fully in NESARA. Ask him for verification. He won't bite!

Q. 3: The Omega Program is one of the many Prosperity Programs. "Packages" refer to the Freedom Program, which by contract must be delivered first, thus are called the "trigger" packs.

Q. 4: Why would you think that I have lost confidence in NESARA, because I have not talked about it recently? NESARA is the core issue to all the fighting of the elite, namely banking change, demise of the Fed and IRS, removal of the U.S. Corporate Government, debt forgiveness, etc.

Q. 5: I have told you Whistleblower is an idiot, when it comes to the NESARA Mission. He knows nothing, but only makes assumptions about the Prosperity Programs and their basis of funding. When I took him to task on this issue, he demanded that I recant my statements, and then dropped Fourwinds like a hot potato. He has since published his blatherings on Rumormill News.

I assure you that Dr. Ray C. Dam is not the official sole signatory and owner of the Global Family wealth, as claimed by Whistleblower. Also, the Collateral Accounts are not what he claims them to be. Whistleblower has no knowledge or authority to speak about the Prosperity Programs. He is playing in the wrong ballpark.

Omega is a key program and totally legitimate. Walk in wisdom, my friend. Many Dark Forces are sent to trick those, who lack discernment. The Darkside is coming down hard and will end up worse than Humpty Dumpty, when he fell off the wall!

The 3 Omega programs. I believe this refers to 3 people who were signing people up being Clyde Hood, Mike Kodosky, and Bill Wilson. The Funds that were seized were the $100 per unit the people sent in for processing. That gave those 3 people funds to do the work. It is NOT the basis of the funds backing Omega that created the funding program. They had to have names to give the funds to. Hence the 3 people were signing people up. I believe they changed the name of the program only, but the programs still exist. The diference between "Freedom" and the 79 Nesara programs is similar to the difference between these programs and when Christopher Story speaks of the "Settlements" which is the Wanta-Regan-Mitterand Funds. He is talking of something completely different.

Patrick, I was reading your "More About Humpty Dumpty" response, and was surprised to find, "I assure you that Dr. Ray C. If they are not, then what are they? Their "New Horizons in Financing - Africa" PowerPoint presentation has been on the Fourwinds website for a long time, which I took to indicate that you approved of them, and that they were a safe group to approach for funding of African projects. Would appreciate your insights on them, and any wisdom you have regarding the safety and expected outcome of applications submitted to them.

I greatly appreciate your good work!

Dear Vanessa Pace:

Thank you for your letter.

There are many levels to the Global Family wealth system, because assets are located in various countries for safe keeping and under selected custodians, of which Ray Dam is one. There is much secrecy concerning this Global Family wealth, and the custodians are not given the whole picture nor necessarily know other custodians in this system.

Each custodian, such as Ray Dam, have authority to allow funds to be used for humanitarian purposes, but must work through the legitimate governmental structure of a given nation to accomplish any given project. Such projects are seldom accomplished, because government officials are usually corrupt and attempt to steal the funds intended for the people.

The custodian can release funds from their portion of the Global Family/Family Dynasty wealth pool for humanitarian projects only by agreement with and written contract from the owner/sole signatory of the Global Family Collateral Accounts. Until recently, that person was Dr. Tsai Cheng Lee of China. It is my misunderstanding that due to fraud, he has been replaced by Violinio Germain, who also holds authority over the World Trust Germain started many years ago. All of these funds have been accumulated over time for the sole purpose of bringing balance to our planet and her people during these "End Times".

It is also my understanding that Dr. Ray C. Dam held a higher position with Global Family, but was demoted due to fraud in Cambodia some years ago. He, Whistleblower and others in their custodial group believe that they control the whole of Global Family wealth. This is, most certainly, not the case.

Regarding your question, Dr. Dam's Custodial Group is a safe group to approach for funding, because all such groups are monitored very closely by Global Family and must carefully follow their guidelines. Your problem in acquiring funds from them will be finding people of integrity in a nation's government through whom you can work. The use of their funds must be for legitimate humanitarian purposes and come under authority of national governmental control.

Also, "S" made a very interesting observation about the Global Debt Facility in the following paragraph from his letter today:

As for the Debt Facility, it would behoove all Nations of the World to notice

and demand the Facility and those within the Collateral Accounts to disclose a verification of all charters of those 'sovereign' authorities which gave it life, including the various nation states which now comprise any aspect of its operations to any degree.
