West Bank & Gaza Strip, Palestine -- As the world enters day #3 of the Israeli military attacks against the West Bank and Gaza Strip, the U.S. media is replete with stories about how Israel is merely defending itself from "rocket attacks." Let's talk about that.
The so-called "rockets" are little more than Bottle Rockets used by American children or professional fireworks displays used to celebrate on the Fourth of July.
Most of the "rockets" being fired at Israel, land harmlessly in the desert. Rarely if ever is anyone injured by these rockets and NOT ONE person has been killed in Israel by these rockets in years!
Yet within the past 3 days, the Israeli military has seen fit to kill over 700 unarmed men, women and children inside the West Bank and Gaza strip. Think about that for a moment. No dead Israelis has prompted 700 dead Palestinians.
Let's move on to yet another item that the U.S. Media is repeating over and over and over: The Palestinians freely elected the Hamas Party into power and, according to Israel, "Hamas is a terrorist organization."
In fact, many dimwitted Americans swallow this line of reasoning hook, line and sinker, then repeat it as though it makes any sense. Let's consider this argument for a moment.
Yes, the people of Palestine freely elected the Hamas Party into power. That is their right. If my fellow Americans think that bombing people over who they elect is a valid thing, then let me know.
You see, I think the Democrat Party here in the United States is a terrorist organization. If bombing people based upon who they freely elect is a valid thing to do, does that mean I can start bombing Democrats?
Ahhhhhh, now you see how the argument against Hamas falls flat on its face!
One thing that is absolutely NOT being reported anywhere in the U.S. Media is WHY the rockets are being fired into Israel. Do you know why they're being fired? I do:
For over a year, Israel has sealed the borders of the West Bank and Gaza strip, not allowing anyone to work, earn money or - here's the real problem - get food deliveries IN.
The 1.4 million people inside Gaza are literally being starved to death by Israel.
The only way food has gotten in is through smuggling and not nearly enough can be smuggled in.
Let me ask you something: If someone was intentionally starving YOU to death, would you try to hurt them?
That's what is really taking place over in the cesspool known as Israel. Yet the U.S. Media isn't bothering to tell the American people about this. If the American people knew that Israel was intentionally starving over 1.4 million people to death, it would change the way the American people react, which would put pressure on the American government, which would then put pressure on Israel.
Here's the worst part: Even though the American people have been intentionally kept in the dark by the media, the U.S. government knows these facts and still does not intervene.
The American government knows that Israel has not allowed Palestinians to go to work for over a year. The American government knows that Israel has not allowed food shipments into Gaza or the West Bank for over a year. The American government knows that Palestinians have been starving to death. This is genocide, taking place right in front of us!
The American government has not only stood-by and done nothing to stop this genocide, they have actually aided and abetted it by supplying Israel with the weapons used to perpetrate the genocide.
The federal government is herewith reminded that there is no power delegated to the federal government by the Constitution, to enforce international genocide laws. They are further reminded that there is nothing in the Constitution prohibiting that power to the states.
As such, pursuant to Amendment Ten of the Constitution for the United States, the power to enforce international genocide laws falls to the states respectively or to the People.
As citizens, WE THE PEOPLE have the legal authority to enforce those genocide laws upon the federal government.
On January 20, 2009, there will be about four million of us citizens in Washington, DC. for the Inauguration. Wouldn't it be something if a hundred thousand of us came to Washington, DC with guns and decided to exercise our powers under the Tenth Amendment and arrest outgoing President Bush, the House of Representatives and the Senate for aiding and abetting genocide?
We would outnumber and outgun all your cops and soldiers.
I think it would be a really good idea for those of you in the U.S. federal government to reign-in the criminal state of Israel that you are presently aiding and abetting. In fact, I insist.
You have 24 hours to get it stopped. Failure to do so may result in an enforcement action.

Israel must have studied the tactics of the 3rd Reich well. By running a military blockade of Gaza, ( technically an act of war ) the Israeli's turned Gaza into a concentration camp. Their tactics are those of a street bully. If the Israeli's are really made of the stuff they say they are, they would have run the blockade against Iran ( Persia ) , their arch enemy for generations who also is sworn to the destruction of Israel and does not recognize Israel as a state.
I believe that the Gaza's chose poorly, but they did have a fair, democratic election a privilege enjoyed by only two others in the neighborhood, Israel and Iraq.
No one appointed Israel as suzerain over Gaza!
I believe that the US should support those states who follow democracy, such as Gaza.

I think you are dead right with your comments on Israel. To say that you should look at where God stands on this is total ignorance in my opinion. This is nothing but a mass slaughter.
I am so tired of comments like,"Israel regrets this accident etc" just as they kept repeating this when they bombed the apt.building and killed innocent people.
Israel, the UK and US are the major terrorists in the world and are the source of all the global conflicts.
Does this reader think that God has a chosen group like the Jews that consider themselves to be the only onces that count. Or for the Christians who condemn everyone to hell and damnation if they aren't saved. And the Muslims who think they will go to heaven and have 72 virgins. I ask who is their God who allows these men to abuse young virgins!!
I am sick at what is going on in Gaza and the culprits, including the UK/US make pathetic statements. Israel has defied all international law just like the US has done.

However what baffles me are some of the comments that you have received. It seems that many are missing the point; in that lives are being lost, and furthermore many wish to debate the Bible versus the Phoenix Journals. Now let us not forget those that wish to exercise their journalistic prowess. Blatantly, if one goes by The Laws of Creation (Phoenix Journals), and those that choose The 10 Commandments (Bible), it seems they have at least one common ground of that man has no right of determining/judging deaf period. Better yet, at least in my readings of the Phoenix’s Journal, we have no right in terminating life whatsoever, and the words of the Bible, thou shall not kill.
I myself am trying to adhere to the facts, especially, when I see that you are constantly bombarded with challenges on what you have written. I agree with you, because, I know that you have only spoken truth, and the side winding comments that you receive are merely a distraction for those of us who seek the truth. However, there is a story of my life experience that I wish to relay.

I was in my early 20’s, and I had come home for a holiday break from attending college. During this time, I was able to get to together with a high school friend of mine. Mike picks me up at my parents’ house and we went to his apartment. We were talking and catching up on old times, as friends do, however, Mike wanted to offer me refreshments, yet he had only water (male’s domain). Therefore, he wanted something else to drink besides water, and off he went to the grocery store for juice/sodas and left me at his apartment alone. Now, mind you, I did not snoop; however, I noticed that Mike left this Bible on his coffee table. Keep in mind, Mike and I went to school together, and he pretty much knows my reading habits (or at least I think). This particular book was a Bible, but what caught my eye was this book was labeled Satanic Bible. Now, I am alone in his apartment (which is immaculate clean), and this particular book is sitting on the coffee table. I never noticed it when I entered, because Mike and I were still catching up on not seeing each for awhile. Now, being there alone, that Bible stood out, so I got curious and I had to know why someone would be reading a Satanic Bible. Patrick, I read the book of Genesis, and parts of the book of Revelation, and I could not distinguish from that Satanic Bible or the Holy Bible. I have to admit, I was frighten because my mind was in a tailspin. I sat there, and contemplated this until Mike returned, because I had all kinds of questions, quite a few that I knew he would not be able to answer. For one that book was leather-bound, and if the title Satanic had not preceded bible, it was just as well the bible as we see today. Granted, I did not read the complete scripture, until this day if you put that same book against the King James Bible, I’m certain it would be identical.

And of course I question him about the book. Mike informs me that the book scares him as well, as far as where it got this book, some acquaintance that he met. I also asked to do you still keep this around and that answer was it wasn’t sure. Why did he leave out for me, maybe to get my take on something that he was trying to solve? However, from that day forward, I have never looked at the so called holy bible the same way.

The world has watched for the last few days as zionist talking heads manipulated the facts attempting to defend their heinous acts against a million and a half defenseless souls walled up and deprived of food, water, medical and basic human rights for survival. I for one am sickened by this display of sheer genocide. I am also sickened by Obama\'s parroting zionist mantra on the dire situation.
Also disheartening is the number of Americans who believe what they hear on tv by corporate media and refuse to look into the matter to better educate themselves before they condemn anyone else who speaks out against this insane, diabolical mass murder. You were right to speak out against it and bless you for doing so.
Little known is the fact that the first blockading done by Israel was right after the election when Hamas was voted in. Palestinians were sick of corrupted Fatah leaders and the PLO who were infiltrated by Israeli agents...all working against them. Israel punished the Palis by blockading the Gaza Strip....and demanded the Palis reverse their election. You dont hear that in the news, of course. Israel couldn\'t buy out Hamas and they lost control of Pali govnt.
You will never see Israel agree to a two state solution. Because, they would have to give up the land they have stolen since 1967, which includes the Pali water rights, which Israel now controls. And, they will never right the wrongs they have committed. However, I have just read that Maryland University took an in depth poll awhile back and discovered 72% of Palestinians are for the two state solution. Less than 20% are for reclaiming all of Palestine. Yet....all you hear out of Israel is that Palestinians don\'t want Israel to exist. That isnt true. THEY WANT ISRAEL TO STOP STEALING THEIR LAND AND MURDERING THEIR PEOPLE AND LEAVE THEM ALONE!!! Six million Palestinians are now homeless and living in homeless camps. This is outrageous.

Indeed if Israel has become any promise land, it is surely that of Satan’s. I believe that deep, imbedded ignorance is hard to overcome, however you would have to have been living under a rock to not realize that Israel has truly defined the term “Hell Hole.†How people of the mass can be so stubborn to stick with their ways of believe is beyond me when even the mass media portrays Israel as an incurable war zone. You hit it right on the head when you flipped “Jews are God’s chosen people†to “Jews are Satin’s chosen people.†You have my full appreciation with this clarification.
