Asking if a Clone can have a Soul is about the same as asking if your driveway can have a Soul.
Your answer is about the same as saying that God can grab a Soul off a stock room shelf somewhere and plop it into the driveway if he choses.
What souls are, and how they work in incarnations, is explained in complete and full detail in Chapters 12 and 13 of website http://www.revelatorium.com.
You should try reading the Revelatorium someday instead of dismissing it out of hand as a deliberate dissimination site. Which is probasbly the most hilarious thing that\'s ever been said about it.

Saying that God can give it is about the same a saying he can grab one from a back store room somewhere
And give it to the driveway if he feels like it.
Chapters 12 and 12 of www.revelatorium.com tells you exactly how Souls are expressed from the Heart and Center of
Creation and why. Chapters 16 and 17 tells you in detail the rules by which Souls make incarnations. So no, driveways
cannot be given Souls.
You need to read the Revelatorium all the way through and stop calling it a deliberate disinformation website.
Which is about the most hilarious thing that has ever been said about the Revelatorium.

I'm not trying to dismiss the Pheonix Journals, I'm trying to get you into the Revelatorium at the enourmous expansion of your consciousness. Including your understandings of the Pheonix Journals. The Revelatorium is the over view of all of them because it is straight from source through the Elect of Christ. Questsion your question long before you question the statement.

So yes, they can! I have experienced this first hand. But I cannot disclose who they are, yet. In time! :-)
